TOP important and interesting reviews from patients

I had ankle surgery at Lovelace Westside Hospital in Nov. 1. The staff was absolutely awesome! My surgery was delayed but I never felt neglected or pushed out of my scheduled time or any other negatives that can happen when surgeries get delayed. The pre-op nurse, Megan, kept me informed and comfortable with blankets and IV fluids, the anesthesia team with Lauren was very informative and gave me some laughs to lighten the delay, Michael the OR nurse checked on me regularly and gave me updates. The best was my surgeon, Dr Olivia Morris, who stopped by more than once to keep me updated and even brought my companion a bottled water! When does your surgeon bring your hospital guests water?? And my surgery went absolutely perfectly!

Nice staff! The nurses were so nice and they were calming me down because I was so nervous for my daughters first dental surgery. Big thank you as well to David Martinez for being there for my little one! The drive was worth it

On Oct. 26th I was received by Sarah for an endoscopy.

Lavenia was my nurse, Jason Butler, my anesthesiologist, Megan set up my IV and Dr. Snyder did the procedure. Everyone was person, present and professional.

I went to ER for severe breathing issue. Doctor started medication that helped ....
however the room I was in was HORRIBLE ... it was more like a storage room.
After getting me stabilized I was left in a room with no information as to what was going on ... and the horrible florescent lighting was left on preventing me from relaxing as I tried to relax
I was VERY happy to be transferred to Lovelace Women's Hosp

Great place and professional. I went there for help to optimize my sports physiology, and was provided a great plan and program. Nurse Valdez is the best.

I needed an ER in the middle of the Balloon Fiesta. Very fast intake process, a doctor who listened, and a relatively quick departure as these things go.

Charge nurse Kristen was extremely kind. Dr Patrick Cooper also was fast in getting my results on October 3. Visit I did Monday day of horror was a joke never saw a Drn sat in a covid room for 6 hrs. I didn't even have covid I had a high fever was in extreme pain the only thing I had done was a chest xray due to my extreme cough. I left because I was in so much pain n fever. I had to return the next day.

Had an echocardiogram there. Technically I assume it was done ok. The tech that did it was not very personable. He pushed so hard on the probe that it hurt the whole time. I didn't complain until the end. I know there was probably a reason for it, just wish he had explained when I complained, he didn't say a word when I did. In fact, he barely said two words the whole time. Maybe he was having a bad day? Stay home next time, please or just be nice.

Great experience with ER and ICU staff. Food from the cafeteria was very good too.

ER Staff, RN's and techs are SUPERIOR! AMAZING! HOWEVER, the last Dr, released my wife, who now has type 2 diabetes, with NO training, Extra assistance, about insulin, and the process to administer as well as WHAT to do if levels spike. No matter that she was still ill, almost "altered states". "We got her to her normal levels, all the other issues are up to you". After pointing out SEVERAL of Lovelaces Patient Rights WERE BEING VIOLATED He shook his head and stuck to his previous points.

So they call and text you repeatedly reminding you of your appointment and how much you’ll pay, then I get there and they aren’t prepared. They did not check with another LL provider to see if my MRI was possible. They certainly care about filing an insurance claim and taking your money but not much else.
