I tried calling them 3 times today. Nobody answered. I tried leaving a voice message: the inbox is full. Thank you for caring for my pet. Not.

Really nice place. It's my first time to a pet hospital and it exceeded my expectations. They even have an entire board with all the pets name and its so cute. If you think you're gonna visit vet more often, i suggest signing up for their yearly pass, as each visit adds up and can be expensive.

Don’t get sucked into buying a plan. I have two dogs that were going there and I stopped in 2021, and they are still charging me $80 a month. I canceled in 2021. Calling their corporate office does not work and the people at the Aventura location won’t help you.
But they helped me to join….
DO NOT TRUST BANFIELD!!!!!!!!!
Pay on the spot but don’t join…..

My apt was at 12, was called in the room at 12:35, only saw the doc around 1 something left there 2pm. They really need to be more considerate about people’s time, this is ridiculous.
