- 2nd time renting here, wanted to call out Nathan at the desk tonight. Flight got in late got to the counter 15min after close and he was still waiting for our flight. Everything else was closed and it was like a ghost town. The car had an issue with the USB so couldn’t do Car Play and he swapped it out, no complaint. Very fortunate, most wouldn’t be so accommodating.
- This was my first time to use Avis and I am very happy with my experience. The pick-up and drop off process was quick and smooth. I had to switch out vehicles to fit me needs better and the staff was quick to facilitate my request and kind. Their understanding and kindness really took a weight off my shoulders and let me enjoy the rest of my trip with out worry! Thank you Avis Birmingham Airport.
- I like how Avis had you to register on line compared to standing in line at the time to pick up were totally fantastic. The car that were rented were also smooth ride the Hyundai Santa Fe perfect.
