AutoZone Auto Parts

I went to purchase brakes and rotors for my car and was informed that the rotors weren't in stock, but would be available by 6pm that evening. However, when I returned to the store, I found signs on the door stating that the system was down. This left me with no choice but to return the following day.

Upon returning, I encountered difficulties with the employees who had a hard time locating the rotors that I had purchased the day before. After finally finding the rotors, I took them to my local mechanic, who informed me that I had been sold the wrong parts. Both the pads and rotors were incorrect.

In frustration, I decided to visit another AutoZone, specifically the one on 88th and Ashland. To my relief, they had both parts in stock and even provided assistance in carrying them to my car. It is disappointing to see such a stark contrast in service between locations.

I'm not sure if the employees at the previous location are genuinely incompetent, but it seems like they prioritize their makeup over doing their job effectively. Due to this unpleasant experience, I will not be returning to this store, and I strongly advise others to visit a different location instead.

Second shift employees don't know what they are doing so take my advice and get there early first shift employees are cool as hell and very helpful
