- My visit was fast and friendly, was slightly disappointed that next day store pick up was not available here.
- Went to purchase a laptop & printer. All was going good until the salesman tried his dumbest to upsell me. This left a really bad taste in my mouth. Additionally I purchased a patch cord that would connect my Android phone to my Bose radio. Unfortunately this purchase was a bust too as cord was way too big fit my phone. Other than these two problems the sale went ok. That's the reason for only 3stars.
- Big shout out to whomever at Best Buy kept the pre order open longer. GameStop cut it off almost a week before they came out. Lucky enough I was able to snag a pre order with you guys. Thank you this is my 1st special edition Nintendo system in a while and it's freaking awesome!
- Very friendly and helpful staff, willing to help you with your needs.
- Always helpful staff. The free parking garage is nice during rainy days.
- Phone representatives were extremely rude. Did not know how to look up my account or answer questions about my phone that I bought there. Very combatative when I asked questions or showed them plans and receipts confirming purchases and protection plans. At one point they stated. I lied about my plan, even though I showed them my account.
- Large selection of items. Avery was extremely helpful. He thoroughly explained things to us which helped us make our selections.
- Great service experience buying a TV from Alejandro today. He knew a lot about the model I was looking at and mentioned all of the usual "extras", but didn't pressure me into getting anything I didn't need. Then, they loaded it into the car for me! Exactly what a retail trip should be like
- This Best Buy is always empty except for the 20 employees running around ignoring you. I came in to buy a pair of headphones and spent 20 minutes standing in the apple section waiting to see when someone would come over. They didn’t have what I wanted even though their website said they did. Made a pit stop in the bathroom that hasn’t been update since 1992 including the fake plant covered in dust. Last but not least there are drain flies in the bathroom. Would not recommend.
- I went with an older family member to pick up some laptop accessories. We were looking for items that would be simple to use for someone not tech savvy. The apple store inside of the Best Buy was clean and organized. An associate helped us immediately with good recommendations and no upselling. All in all the trip was seamless. Great Best Buy!
