- Our organization took a tutorial class at the Apple store this weekend. Alan was our class instructor. He was amazing and went above and beyond for us, such great enthusiasm in his teaching skills. Everyone enjoyed themselves and learned lots we didn't know prior to the tutorial. Thanks again for the great experience while we visited Chicago.
- El servicio es bueno y la tienda es muy bonita tiene espacios para sentarse y descansar un poco también hay Wi-Fi gratis y sin mencionar que el servicio es bueno para cualquier producto Apple que se quiera comprar
- As I was leaving the store this last pulled me and friend over to ask us to take a survey, stating that if we did she would give us both an apple gift card . we both took one with her and she only gave us one. She was also extremely rude.
- The location is absolutely fantastic with a stunning view! However, it's important to note that there is a 10.25% city tax in Chicago, so be mindful of that. If you consider other places in Illinois, you'll only need to pay a 6.25% sales tax.
- Not the Apple standards that I am used to. The shorty curly hair guy did not greet me as he is supposed to. When I approached him he was very dismissive and brushed me off quickly. Then I followed up with another question and he started to walk away before I even finished talking with him about my question. He was more focused on talking to his two other peers than helping customers (at least me). Never had this experience in any Apple Store before and I have been to many quite a few times.
Apart from that it’s a very beautiful store right on the river.
- Original diseño arquitectónico, muy del estilo del Cubo de NY, pero la elección de la madera al lado del río le da un toque de naturaleza y se integra perfectamente ya que te deja ver todo alrededor a través de sus vidrios. Nos atendieron al momento y el pago y todo fue en menos de 10 min. Sabíamos lo que queríamos y no tardamos nada. Había una charla sobre cómo sacar provecho a tu cámara del iPhone 14, una especie de tutorial personalizado en vivo.
Importante, comprobar bien los horarios antes de ir xq cierran pronto...cuidado con eso!!
