- The service tech was prompt, polite, and efficient. The dryer repair, a broken belt connecting the motor with the rotating drum, was successfully completed, and it's working well.
- The person named Gjolet is awesome and very friendly. He fixed the issue and explained the issue very well. I highly recommend him to others. I am also looking to purchase extended warranty from sears for all my home appliance.
