Not impressed by their check-in process at DFW. A male agent guarded the check-in line and rather bluntly and rudely told passengers that all their baggage that would normally be considered carry-on at other airlines must be checked and counted against their checked baggage allowance, causing quite a stir among other passengers who had brought two pieces of checked luggage already. When I finally got up to the counter, a female representative asked me if I’d be checking my bag that I usually carry-on. I asked if it was required and she bluntly said yes it’s required. Why even bother asking then??
