TOP important and interesting reviews from patients

Our Rose babies experience was bar none. All of the medical staff was amazing and nurses were so friendly fly, supportive and helpful. The facilities were also well kept, and accommodating. We took advantage of the nursery overnight so we could sleep and they’d bring baby in for feedings and otherwise leave you alone to sleep. They also have robust security and routinely validate baby belongs to them stents with wristband IDs. Can’t recommend Rose enough for L&D.

Rose Medical Center, the nurses and staff are amazing! From the moment I check in at 5:30 am the receptionist made you feel you were the most important person there. She was ready with the paperwork and explained everything in such a calm and caring way.

Prepping for surgery was also expectional . Kathy the nurse who cared for me was again extremely kind and caring ...she continued to make me feel calm and relaxed . What a wonderful person! The doctors and nurses as I entered the operating room immediately explained the process and continued assuring me... and before I need it I was asleep! Great team! Onto the recovery area... again the care and attention I received was fantastic! Up to room 252 ... they were extremely thorough and thoughtful. I felt like I was with friends! Thank you so very much for getting me through an anxious couple of days!

Our visit was A+++. Huge shout out to my nurse Melissa. She was just the best out of all the nurses, I’d love to give her a gift for taking such great great care of me and my family. The food was amazing. My only complaint is about Caput. She could definitely be nicer to nurses and patients. She made a joke to my husband and he didn’t appreciate it at all, she made me uncomfortable and I just wanted her out of my room. But besides that, this was the best hospital experience I’ve ever had.

Thanks Rose and especially Melissa

Best experience. Even though I was not there for a good experience. Staff was responsive, kind hearted, knowledgeable, attentive, and the list could go on. The food was amazing.
I'm terrified of hospitals, bad anxiety, and the nurses in ICU made me feel calm. I could never repay that kind of service.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Aug 25th approximately 10:25 p.m. - 11:15 p.m. i was admitted into rose medical emergency room. Upon arrival with the emt's was normal. As soon as im wheeled into the emergency room there was a practitioner and 3 nurses. I was treated as if i was a crackhead or a user of some sort. There was repetitive inclinations of drug use... I was disregarded the entire time and had to ask for alcohol pads and gauze because upon admission i was judged instead of helped. Charge nurse Denise and a young man disrespectfully came into the room while i was urinating and stripped the bed and sprayed down the room as if i was taking to long to depart. The other 2 nurses vaguely made it their mission to not come in the room and gave off a sense of not wanting to do anything as far as i was concerned. Ive given you a time and date. On the discharge papers it states
Physician: Morrison, David Micheal MD
Practitioner: Logan, Melanie
Nurse: CD.
There wasnt a date on the discharge papers for some odd reason. Was discharged at 1125 that night.
As usual a complaint like this is common and its disrespectful to the overall meaning of Being in the healthcare industry. I doubt anything will be done about this, as i feel care is based on preference of people. Twice i was treated as if i was on drugs by the fire department and also the nurses in Rose Medical Er

This place was thinking I was drug seeking without drug testing me when I had a pretty bad concussion/ sleeping pill mix up and it was just another symptom as another doctor at another clinic told me. I’d rather die of a brain injury next time than be insulted by this place. And yes I know I was insulted because I could hear them through the door.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with this hospital has been nothing short of a nightmare. Long story short, I was in the ER for stomach pain (which turned out to be a stomach ulcer), and they did an abdominal ultrasound. I had consented to the US because I wanted to be sure I didn’t have gallstones, appendicitis, or any other issues. The ultrasonographer came into the room, and she had a trainee with her. I am all for learning, so I let the trainee scan me. 20 minutes into the abdominal ultrasound, I asked what was taking so long since a scan should take maybe 10-15 minutes. I was told by the ultrasonographer (who used to work for the same company I currently work for) that they were doing dopplers. I asked why because they weren't medically necessary for my treatment, and I was told explicitly, "we have to do a certain number of dopplers a month to maintain our accreditation as an HCA hospital and they have to be done on non-long-term patients or patients we haven't run a lot of labs on." Then, she told me, "don't worry, we don't charge you for this." So you can imagine my surprise when my bill came in the mail and included the dopplers. Had I known I was going to get charged for them, I would have refused them because I knew there was not a blood flow issue causing my abdominal pain (because I work in healthcare and know a healthy 28-year-old wouldn’t have blood flow issues to my liver or pancreas). For the last 6 months, I have been fighting the billing department to take off the dopplers off my 4-hour-long yet $19,000 ER bill (before insurance). After calling multiple times these last 6 months and waiting 3 months after sending an appeals letter (because they need “45 business days to make a decision”), I was told today that they never received my appeals letter and there was nothing they could do. If I could go back to this day 6 months ago, I would’ve never stepped through the doors of this ER. What a mistake that I now have to pay for. Charging patients for unnecessary treatments and making patients endure unnecessary medical procedures is medical malpractice and wrong.

Only angels work at Rose Babies! Had phenomenal experience here delivering my baby. Everyone was amazing and want to give extra shoutout to Nurse Nell. Nurse Nell was so caring and helped me get through the hardest time there. If I decide to have another baby, I'll be back at Rose Babies! Highly recommend.

I came to Rosa I have Bros medical center with my legs were swollen and I was diagnosed with maybe having a congestive heart failure and I can't see cause I need cataract surgery and they refuse to call me a medicaid cab to get. Yeah, i'd wait until the morning, which is 4 hours away. For a bus and I can't even see the streets. I under the streets to get to the bus place. And people are so inconsiderate and rude. And I said an aint everyresponsibility to get home, huh? No, they're sorry. The first time ever in Denver were the hospital. Refused to get me a ride home never seen it. And never thought i'd ever see that day, but it was today.
So i'd suggest you find another hospital to go to.

Rose’s ante partum and nursery staff are horrible. Complete racists, anti-father and gossip culture fuel your care. Hospital staff does not care about you and will stereotype you and your spouse and doesn’t think twice about calling in social services. Social services by the way knows there’s a huge issue with Rose’s ante partum and nursery units - they openly admitted to me that those staff teams continually escalate and create major issues for new families with no evidence. That’s what they did to us. Thank god my husband and I are actually a team.

When we first arrived in antepartum we just had twins and were completely out of our element. Rose’s staffing and care rotations are completely uncoordinated - the moms nurse, baby nurse and lactation consultant do not speak to one another and that means YOU WILL NOT SLEEP as they come in every 20 minutes. Your spouse will not sleep. Rose does not care. Any hesitation or light questioning will fuel them into literally opening social service cases in our case they painted my husband as an abusive spouse despite no evidence and me continually asking them not to. In fact I am the mean one, my husband cares deeply about me and felt so threatened and scared that they would try to arrest him he felt he had to record every interaction with the nursing staff. It was so bad they ended up not letting him return to the hospital and me and our newborn twins when he left the hospital for several minutes. The charge nurse then felt it appropriate to demean my husband, open a social services case for me and start gossip that I would have to defend for the next 24 hours until I was released. I was alone for the next 24 hours with my new born twins. It was so traumatizing that we’ve had to seek counseling since to deal with this horrific birth experience. I was so afraid of staff I was convinced they would take my babies from me if I said or did anything not 100% to their liking.

Rose is not a “babies hospital” don’t be fooled. I was. They have a toxic nursing culture and it will destroy your valid hopes and expectations for a great experience for the most important day of your life. Multiple doctors and lactation consults outside Rose, both former employees and not see and hear the horrific stories coming out of Rose.

Be warned. Rose is toxic and NOT the baby hospital. They are faking it on a reputation that no longer exists.

Thanks Rose for my 25% off medical bills discount as well. I’m being sarcastic - for what we went through it’s laughable they think a joke discount would repair or help.

STAY AWAY FROM ROSE!

Last week my wife went into labor. Dr Erin Ferrara and labor room nurses did GREAT job. They supported my wife throughout hospital stay. Glad we choose this hospital. Thank you for everything.

Had our baby delivered here last month. Every nurse, doctor, and staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The nursery will take good care of the baby anytime people need some rest. The meal service is a plus with lots of choices.

Rose ships patients out of their hospital via private transportation without any record or paperwork. This is a tactic used only in human trafficking. This place is very bad news.
