We took delivery of our Model Y Long Range in December. I wanted to give this a few months before I wrote a review because everything from the buying, taking delivery and driving experience is very different than any other car we have ever owned. We waited 7 months from order date to delivery, but we did accept delivery within the time window we were given from the day we ordered. I must have watched 1000 YouTube videos during our wait, taking the time to learn the car and listen to what other people were saying. It was an exciting day when we went to pick up the car. The delivery was quick and all we did was provide our form of payment and we were sent on our way. The staff at the center were friendly and did answer a few questions that we had. They were there to help if needed.


Thankfully we knew to have an electrician install the outlet in our garage which made it super easy to plug in at home from day 1. It took maybe a day or 2 to get used to the Tesla as it is very different than anything we had in the past. Most of all was the sensation of 1 pedal driving. We now have 4,500 miles on the car and just love it. We love the over the air updates and for 2 minor service calls we needed, Tesla came to our home to quickly resolve those issues. We had the same tech each time and he was on time and fixed those issues. We have not had to purchase gas since the first week in December and that is a huge win for us. Love the car. Our experience with Tesla through the entire process was incredible.


Wow, wow, wow! This is the way to buy a car. The facility is super clean and very modern. The employees are actually knowledgeable and not pushing you or harassing you at all. They are helpful and extremely nice. This has been by far the best experience I had in 35 years ,buying a car. The process is quick. Everything is done over your cellphone. The representative is there to guide you. They actually give you a car to test drive by yourself. Its ok here see you in 30 min, and no one is there looking over your shoulder. Hats off and thanks to Bryan who assisted us in buying at the west palm beach, okechobee location and the rep in fort lauderdale, who assisted us picking up the vehicle. One of a kind experience.

The check in process is confusing for service and the lot is way too crowded to navigate. No service lobby to comfortably wait on the service. They ignored 2 of my issues and just resolved the main one.

As a new Tesla owner I had alot to learn. This tesla location has been the absolute best. I would like to highlight Mustafa Nassar's exceptional leadership at Tesla. He is truly commendable. His knowledge of Tesla's products and technology has been invaluable in ensuring a seamless ownership experience. Mustafa's commitment to customer service is evident in his prompt and effective assistance, making him a reliable resource for any inquiries or concerns. Something appeared on the Tesla dashboard, I opened the app and there was a message to fix something that I don't know what it is, as the service was free I decided to schedule it. The day before the visit, a button on the rear window came loose. The other day when I left the car at Tesla I informed them about what happened with the button. When the car was ready and I went to pick it up, there was a nail in the rear tire of the car, I thought it was very strange that no one had repaired it, I ended up not picking up my car and left it to be repaired. They charged me almost $600 to replace it, but I decided to pay. The other day I went to pick up my car and realized that they hadn't fixed the window button, I went into Tesla again and they told me that I needed to go into my app and request a scheduled visit. After doing this a few days later someone showed up at my house to do the repair, $300 to fix the button, obviously I didn't pay. I found it insulting, the company is clearly using customers to make money, I just decided to post my bad experience here because I've always liked the company Tesla, I would like it to go back to the way it was in 2020, I'm sorry about that.

Great salespeople, absolutely trash service…. Scheduled 2 appointments to fix an update that disabled multiple safety features. Both times my appointment was canceled without notice (without informing me, common issue). Made a request to have someone call me, five days later still no call. Great car until you actually need service on it.

Car buying made easy. Stopped by to test drive on Thursday; new car Monday. Great service , professional and friendly. It was a smooth process from start to finish with the help of Christian. He was very thorough and made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase as well as answered all our questions. Highly recommend Tesla and also doing your experience with Christian.

Nasty and Disgusting Experience with Service Advisor Nicolle in the Fort Lauderdale Branch. This person was extremely condescending, bitter and a contemptuous individual who is racially profiling people. My mother who is a Medical Doctor was disrespected as well as myself. I had intentions of purchasing the model Y in Cash, I was so excited about Tesla. But now i am in tears and speechless for how poorly i was treated by this so called sales advisor. Run away from here to avoid a terrible egregious experience with Sales. But Simage (Supv), Gina and Landy saved the day. This was going to be posted all over social media. Thanks to them, they calmed down the situation!

Great service, friendly staff, excellent service department. I definitely recommend coming here. They’ll take good care of you! Ask for John… very helpful and goes above and beyond to help you.

Edit: just went back for a demo to test drive a newer model and Justin went above and beyond to assist my wife and I with the entire process. Amazing staff and of course amazing cars!

My vehicle was brought in to service in Feb/2023 over battery issues, and the car was still on a warranty, the service team stated that there was no issues with the battery whatsoever, and that I could keep on driving my vehicle, even though my range would fluctuate from 180 miles to 150 miles overnight. Now the battery finally gave up on me, $15,000 to repair it, and now that the warranty expired, there is nothing that can be done to help me, plus the car got devaluated to a point where this car now represents scrap metal with this repair. If you have a battery problem and a warranty, fight for it to be replaced, don’t go for their word that “ is all good”, or even better, don’t purchase a tesla ever.
