The technician was very patient and knowledgeable. Her demeanor was pleasant. I didn't wait at all my visit was simple. I needed to reset my device.

This is a nice Apple store. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked in here to look around and tested their iPhone 10 Pro Max on display, which has nice graphics and an excellent camera with 5x zoom, which is very impressive. I then played around with an iPad Generation 10 on display, which had Microsoft Excel on it. I had fun in the spreadsheets before trying out their new macs, which are quite large and cost over $1,200. After that I tired on an Apple Watch before leaving, satisfied with my experience. I gave this Apple store five stars because it has nice demo products to try out, and there are several employees to provide you with assistance.

This is the best Apple store I've been to! People know what they do, the store manager is the best at doing his job! I had a bad experience in other stores where they didn't solve my problem with 2 devices that I had blocked! Simply thank you for solving the problem for me!

AWFULL EXPERIENCE!... went to buy a phone in a week day at 11 am and I was told that I needed to make an appointment for purchases , next available was in 1 hour and that I will probably have to wait between 30 to 45 minutes after my appointment time ... (no choice to make the appointment on line ) That is insane , I drove 45 minutes , waisted 1/4 tank of gas ... I asked to speak to someone and I was told that I was already speaking to the store , there was no resolution and just left . I think that it is ridiculous to waist so many hours ,to spent almost $1000 on their products. Seriously thinking on switching to another maker.

Productos Geniales, tienda perfecta , pero encuanto a organizacion en la hora del lanzamiento le falta mejorar la logistica y coordinacion. Llegamos a las 7am nos tomaron la orden a las 9:30am (todo bien) cuando entramos a la tienda 1pm (luego de hacer el protocolo completo)nos dicen que perdimos nuestra orden, ya que esta solo esta vigente por 3 horas. NOS QUEDAMOS SIN IPHONE. Al hablar con el gerente solo nos dijo que no podia hacer nada ya que fue culpa nuestra

Staff was rude, said expected wait time when walking in was 10-20 minutes when I called ahead. When I showed up we had to wait 10 minute for them to make us an appointment which was 45 minutes later. 45 minutes later there was a long line out the store and the staff said we had to wait in line to check in for our appointment even though we had one. After waiting in line to check in for the appointment, they told us to go to the second table. We get there, waiting along with others who were sent to this table. We have been here for over an hour and a half and still waiting along with others at the table.

It was full of people, but I knew what I needed and the staff was really helpful and I was out in less than five minutes.

Leaving one star but it should be no stars. These people will fool you and lie to you saying that you can buy as many Apple Gift Cards as you want and if you don't use them, you can get a refund. Well, when I wanted to return the gift cards because they never had stock for iPhone 15 PRO Max, they told me those gift cards were not refundable. So they will lie to you to get your money. Just be aware, that nothing they can say or promise to you is true. Be careful. Well Done APPLE! Leaving people under your name doing this. This is disrespectful and unprofessional.

My visit to the Apple Store at Galleria Mall was exactly what I anticipated. The staff were not only knowledgeable but showcased a high degree of professionalism. Their expertise shone through as they efficiently assisted me in setting up my iPhone 15. A commendable experience overall!

1 hour wait in order to buy something I already know what I want is ridiculous. Worst shopping experience. Apple should do better.

I was there this morning for my appointment service (without warranty) at 10:40 am… arrived 6 minutes late, but the lady in the front (registration) checked me in and told me to wait on table 4 for my service rep. Joshua was my service rep, and let me tell you, what a great guy. This guy is a true asset to this store and Apple, this guy represented perfectly what this company is and the service its customers deserve. I hope someone from this store or Apple giant read this and recognizes Joshua for his dedication and professionalism with your customers. All of you who get Joshua will be well attended, I assure you! But don’t expect things for free…

I came in with 15 mins before they closed. Straight from the airport to the store. The woman who greeted me was rude. However, the woman who helped me (older sweet lady) was top notch.

Couldn’t buy on stock item. Just to pick it up and pay in 30 seconds they cannot have one counter to cash out. Not a customer service I was expecting.
