Hay buenos precios pero tuve una muy mala experiencia. Me cobraron un calzado dos veces y para reclamar me hicieron regresar dos veces a la tienda. Al final no me arreglaron nada. Perdi mucho tiempo de mi viaje a NY por culpa de ellos y para nada.

My friend and I are regular customers at this Adidas store and have shopped here many times before. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was very disappointing because of the behavior of one staff member.

At the fitting room, an Asian female employee told us we were not allowed to bring more than 6 items inside. She then asked us to leave the rest of the clothes at the door and told us we had to try on one item at a time, come out, and then take another one in. This made no sense to us. We have visited this store many times and have never been told about such a rule before.

What made the situation even more uncomfortable was the way she treated us compared to other customers. Her tone and attitude toward other shoppers were friendly and polite, but toward me and my friend she was noticeably rude and impatient. It really felt like we were being treated differently.

This experience made our shopping trip very unpleasant. If this is an actual store policy, it should be clearly communicated and applied equally to everyone. Otherwise, the staff’s attitude and behavior toward customers should definitely be improved.

Poor customer service continues. On multiple levels this store has been disappointing in the way either staff profile (I spoke to the manager about this before) but ignore other patrons seeking assistance. When trying to avoid that in person discomfort of a rep shadowing you. You attempt to call the stores and reps are hanging up phones to a product inquiry. Asking for information that isn’t available on the adidas website but a little question to a teammate could fix. The experience in store can be pleasant product wise but unfortunately it’s hit and miss with the staff. Sometimes great, sometimes really grim. Enjoy the finds and ignore the rest.

Limited female sizes
Discount racks are small sizes medor XXL
You have to ask for a shopping bag
Signs should display if the items are 50% off the tagged price
Need a chart to display 40 % or 50% off regular price to help the customer

Went back today
The two young men were there to help u on the floor
An improvement
But the store is suppose to be open at 10am
When I got there the doors were still closed two men were waiting outside
I guess they were having a mini staff meeting before the doors open
So they did open up late only a couple minutes after 10 am

Meanwhile nike had a line outside and their doors opened at 10am
Don't return any items at this store go to deer park if possible .
Better return policy and staff. Someone from head quarters needs to do a surprise visit and shop in the store to actually see why this store is doing well .
Hire entire new staff or send them back to training without pay allow them to see how they could improve or be fired.
Customers have rights.

P l ease do something about this store third visit here and it's getting worst
I guess in long Island they treat their customers better.
Management please doing something about this store staff and availability of clothing sizes.
