- What a friendly crew, what a inviting store. I interacted with 5 people while I was trying to decide whether to exchange a shoe I bought online for a different size. Everyone so chill friendly and helpful. My guess is that the location has a great manager who sets the right positive tone and customer service attitude. I had the impression everyone liked working there. Would definitley go back.

- Very close by to where I was staying during the weekend. Could not pass by without going in. I really wish they put one of these stores closer to where I live. Nice store and friendly staff.

- Never really shopped in this location before. Smaller store but they have alot of the newer stuff online. Staff was really nice. I just casually popped in to look around and they had the pair of limited edition shoes I wanted/ missed online. Didn't have to wait long to try it on. Had some trouble at check out but it was solve pretty fast. Their team work together to help me and were really nice. Even though they were busy.

Only thing to really complain about is the store has little to no plus size sizes.

This store is a constant disappointment. I used the Adidas app “deliver to store” feature and they turned my package away because no one was trained enough to know that was even a feature. Said shoes were sold out at that point both in store and online. Then the next day the app said what I wanted was in stock in store and I called to confirm that was correct and the woman on the phone said yes. I arrived approximately 10 minutes later (I live close) and they told me she was wrong. I’m just tired of not being able to rely on the app or the store personnel giving me a constant runaround. Everyone was always very nice and didn’t give me a hard time but Adidas needs to get their act together.
