- Had a reservation a month in advance, when I arrived i waited for the location to open which they did on time, and i was treated nicely, the lady and lot attendants were very professional and treated us well, we were in and out with no issues, we declined any additional coverage since our credit card covers rentals and was not given a hard time with that whatsoever! I would definitely rent again from this location, lastly the vehicle was exactly what we ordered and brand new with less than 700 miles on the odometer.

- Very quick service and got an excellent car - not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Perhaps you have to plan time of day well, many places are understaffed which may contribute to slower service times. We did notice on the door that the place closes at 3. We went around 9:30 AM and everything was great. Not overcharged or bothered about extra bells and whistles. Would recommend to others.

Worst experience ever. Location was unexpectedly closed. Never picked up the phone. Due to the fact that this location was closed, we had to hand in our car a day later, Budget charged us an additional amount of almost 20% of our total amount due to handing in our car too late AND handing it in in another location (which we didn't want but we had no other choice). Client service was terrible too.

Mick and Angel are the best, they got me set up, in and out super quick for both pick up and return.
They were efficient professional, and friendly. I didn't have a wait time but if you do just be patient- they will take excellent care of you. The car looked brand new, very clean, well kept and it smelled so good.
No unwarranted fees upon return, no unnecessary claims of damages to squeeze more money out of me. It was overall a great experience esp for my first time renting. I'm already booking my next rental.
