Great for what it is. A higher priced supermarket with excellent prepared food .
You can eat there if you want.

Even though the self checkout line was long it went fast. The store is well stocked.

Well supplied supermarket located right in the Columbus circle. It is always overcrowded here but it is well organized. The hot bar is a good way to get some food but be careful with the portion, $14/lb. There is often quite difficult to find a place to sit but I recommend to take your food to the Central Park.

Paying is always a nightmare here, long lines and chaotic...cmon management get some extra staff here.

Ottima alternativa per un pranzo veloce se si è nelle zone di Central Park. La formula che offre di poter acquistare cibo presso i negozi interni e poterlo consumare fuori è utilissima . All’interno vari food corner con differenti tipologie di cibo caldo e freddo

Je recommande ce magasin alimentaire pour manger un peu plus healthy à NYC (fruits et plats à emporter de qualité). Bien sur les prix sont élevés mais cela permet de manger des fruits plutot que des fast food. N'attendez pas d'aide à la caisse (difficulté pour la pesée des fruits faite grace à une autre cliente bien sympathique).

I like to use the self service kiosk. The counter, however, was dirty so I asked a young female associate to clean it. For whatever reason, she had a slight attitude. A young male associate helped her find some cleaning materials and he did the job himself. His name was Jabier. I wish all FoodWhole associates had his pleasant calm attitude and customer service skills.

Lots of products you need to buy with a table to sit at if you want to eat there.

This place had very fresh fruits, vegetables, everything was fresh! I recommend buying food there and having it in your hotel room if staying for more than a couple of days. We tried the chicken soup, the sushi was also fresh and delicious!

I shop at this Location most Frequently because it has a GREAT manager & I prefer the overall layout of the store verses other stores.I have really appreciated how some of the Team members at WholeFoods have treated me,obviously those individuals are incredible and outstanding.I spend several hundred dollars a month here.The rise coffee sold in the cooler is stronger & better than I can ever make a cup of coffee taste Like.I go through 5 cases a month.I LOVE spending m$ney at Whole Foods.I wish there was an Organic Nitro Cold Brew Matcha-I’m sure a lot of people do.Thankyou WORLD EQUALITY & DIGNITY,Mz.Jill F.
P.S.Recently I felt intimidated and scared because I said”Good Morning”3 times to a manager and the manager clearly, blatantly ignored me.I tried to call twice to rectify the situation(i.e.if I have done anything wrong I clearly definitely 1000000% wish to apologize) however a very kind customer relations individual was not able to Locate the manager.
I’m not sure/certain if I’m just being ostracized/SCAPEGOATED based on my outward appearance/the way I Look.I am certainly trying to do my BEST at being KIND,CONSiDERATE AND CORDiAL towards EVERYBODY.it is intimidating,scary and painful to be treated differently from EVERYBODY else.I am so GRATEFUL AND LUCKY that MANY MANY individuals at WhoLeFood’s have not treated me in a pejorative and derogatory way.THANKYOU.P.S.S.I have shopped at WHOLEFOOD’S NYC FOR 15YEARS,AND LONGER including BOSTON LOCATIONS.I ALWAYS BUY SOME OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE iTEMS WHOLEFOOD’S SELLS in large quantities.I am unbelievably GRATEFUL if I get a response to this review.EQUALITY AND DIGNITY ARE SACRED AND PRECIOUS TO EVERYBODY/TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US.

Amazon’s #1 leadership principle is customer obsession. Unfortunately, not all employees at this Whole Foods believe in this principle. Never have I ever been more rudely treated by anyone at Whole Foods than tonight. A man with dark complexion and a white apron behind the food stand at around 9:57p ET tonight was curt and mean. Without going into the details, I would encourage management to look into the details of this incident. When I asked for the man’s name, he would not say anything. Another Whole Foods employee nearby made up a name (e.g., “uglijiwi”) that was clearly fake, further adding salt to injury. I went to the customer service counter to report the incident and was referred to the store manager. The manager said no employees names could be given (even though most wore name tags…) and said I was not allowed to speak with the man. He said I would not get an apology from the man, but instead he would review a video of the incident. Given this is my home Whole Foods store, I expect to be treated more kindly in the future. This is not the warm Whole Foods environment that I am used to and customers shouldn’t be treated like I was tonight.
