Haven’t bought a new mattress in 20 years. Way too long! I’m Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jerome, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and pleasant and not pushy at all. He kept us in our price point but told us all our options. He also told us what to expect from our new mattress, what to do if we had any problems, and how to navigate delivery. I highly recommend both Jerome and Mattress Firm in Bay Ridge!
