Chad was so helpful in finding us a mattress for our new apartment. He was able to ask questions that narrowed down our options while helping customers that were there before us, and then when he finished with them, he helped us pick a new mattress in about half an hour. It's a stressful purchase, you want to have the mattress for 10 years and it costs a good bit, so having someone like Chad there to make the process easier and point us in the right direction was incredible. We came out Mattress firm under our budget and being confident in our decision. Oh he also recommended a bar to go after that was SO cute. What else can you ask for?

Mario listened to our needs, pointed out mattresses to test out, and let us take our time. We were a bit shocked by the prices, so we were going to leave and try our luck online, but Mario offered his expertise and was able to work with our budget and offer competitive pricing to what we were seeing online. We really appreciated his approach. We ended up buying a mattress and frame that day and delivery took about a week. We definitely left the store feeling confident about our purchase which is not something that you can always say when ordering blindly online. Thanks Mario!
