Mattress Firm Lexington Avenue

I have been researching mattresses for what seems like forever then I read in one of the sites that reviews mattresses that for my particular needs (I’m a side-sleeper) a Beautyrest would be perfect.

I called the store yesterday and spoke to Chauncey, went into MattressFirm today and I will get the perfect mattress tomorrow.

Chauncey was knowledgeable, professional, patient and he listened, I tried a few mattresses and found the one, it took no time, the whole process was painless and the price amazing and what mattered to me was being able to speak with a person like Chauncey, I just didn’t want a mattress out of a box, I welcome the personal touch and respect the knowledge that Chauncey has, oh and there was another salesperson, a very nice lady who was very helpful.

I can’t recommend MattressFirm and Chauncey enough, I went to the store on Lexington and E 86, can’t wait until tomorrow!!!

The store is well kept and organized. The staff is phenomenal and direct. Efficient use of time.

Helpful and I was able to buy pillows but there weren’t many options in stock
