We are regular customers of PC Richards & go there only because we get exceptional customer service from the staff & specially from Sunny Kapur

I had an horrible experience with them I bought an expensive stove with them and it broke few months later.
Left several messages and no one return my calls
The manager Dan Bondy was really nasty and rude to me
Please stay a way from them - bad customer support!!!

I bought an AC that was recommended by them- it was the best one they told me and cost more than an average AC.
It was about 14 months old AC.
my daughter used it in her small room maybe 2 months total . She was a way last summer and this yea as well did not buy the insurance because we know that usually good ones do not brake not after a year - also as you all know our summer is super short in New York
We went to the store and the manger Dan was rude and unprofessional.
told me this can happen and if I want to buy a new one .
He blamed me for not doing insurance .
We bought so many appliances from them few years ago .
I do not recommend you to buy from a place that the customer service is bad .

Dan D and Kyle were excellent and efficient to deal with. PC Richards historically has been a preferred vendor for our appliance purchases and will continue to be so in the future.
