- I live in the dorm next door and decided to purchase water, candy, and some fruit. When I got back to my room and settled down I noticed that the bag of skittles had a hole in it. I walked back next door and kindly asked the cashier to exchange the bag for a new one without a hole. The man at the cashier told me no because I already walked out of the store. Then I proceeded to ask for my money back if he wasn’t going to give me a new bag of skittles, and he told me there is no refund policy. I think that it is absolutely absurd that he wouldn’t allow me to exchange for a new bag of skittles or give me my money back. You sold me an open bag of skittles which is unsanitary and disgusting! I will not be returning to this store!
- Went in on my way to Equinox at 6am for a can of C4 - no wallet. Tried to pay with Apple Watch and was denied for not reaching the $5 minimum (total was $4.50 lol) - just said okay and went to the deli on Broadway and w. 4th and bought the exact same can for $2.99. I get it’s policy, but it seems pretty stupid considering they already up-charge.
- If you are an NYU student (student discount) and need a quick, fresh, healthy and affordable to-go meal, this is the place. The so-called salad bar actually has various choices of hot meal as well. You can mix and match a full course dinner if you want.
