Had my 2017 Model S serviced here 3 times, and had a great experience.


Drop-off and pick-up is relatively quick, in and out within 30 minutes. Pricing is transparent and if any unexpected issues arise they set-up a call with you to talk you through the options and solutions. I had a re-occurring issue that wasn't fixed by a different Tesla service center, that I paid for at that location. This service center honored the previously paid service and performed a follow-up service, at no additional cost until the issue was resolved to a satisfactory level. A rental vehicle was provided every time service would take longer than expected, even if the original estimate said no rental due to the time it would take to fix. Very happy with the experience, service and my car.


I had the best car buying experience in my life. Arrived at this location to pick up my MYLR. Waited 10 minutes at the owners lounge. Then, a Tesla expert took me to my car location. Signed a few papers, and I was ready to drive my car home. The whole process was done in less than half an hour. Unbelievable!


The building is well lit, clean, super nice bathroom and super nice and helpful security. I was struggling with my stuff and he even helped pull the tote on and off. I had such a blast. I hope they use this as a venue again. I forgot to mention we were on the 3rd floor so a decent view of Brooklyn. They also have a super good air filtration system and windows that open. As always parking is difficult and they have a bus lane right in front of the building and you can unload there but no parking or there is a fine of $115. 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Horrible experience, all of the sudden today (11/7/23) they are forcing me to pick my car tomorrow when their agent said that car would arrive on 11/18. They also said it is subject to cancellation. Tesla thinks that they can simply cancel order and make customers pay $250 all over again. Or Tesla can force customers come whenever it is convenient only to Tesla.

Seriously, not even one day notice!

After trying multiple customer services I received no help. Tesla is simply not customer friendly and overrated.

I picked up my car from here and pointed out a few issues with the car to my delivery specialist but he didn’t seem to care. I counted almost 27 chips in the hood and fenders on the front end of the car and even though it was a used car with 31k miles on it I expected them to at least fix them or atleast put some touch up on the car. The car was full of crumbs,some dog hair, a really bad musty dog hair and kinda moldy sent in the car,and just overall not cleaned right. I also showed this to my delivery specialist who said that I could bring the car back the following day for a full detail, but told them that that wasn’t acceptable as I did live about five hours away to come down and pick the vehicle up and was not driving it back down to clean it, when I asked for some type of possible compensation for the chips on the hood, they said we’re not allowed to give away anything for free If you want you can turn the car down and order another one and pay another 250. This is my second Tesla , the first car that came from the Mount Kisco location I had zero issues with delivery. It’s just the Brooklyn location I had a really bad experience with. I think next time I’ll change my delivery location for my next Tesla.

I leased a car from them recently. The customer service is terrible. There is no way to reach out to a representative. The brand new car I leased has a crack on the windshield and scratches on the sides. My appointment was at 4pm and I could picked up the car at 9pm.

I requested a copy of the documents I signed when I picked up the car and they told me to email them and they would send me a scanned copy. It's been 4 days and no one even replied to my email.

I highly not recommend getting a Tesla and specially not to use this Tesla center. It's the worst experience I have ever had.

Great car… awful service. The staff consistently has no respect for us as the customer, our vehicle or our time.

Every time the vehicle is left dirty, dangerous and unrepaired (dirty seats, broken glass on the seats and in my butt, broken seats left unrepaired, the repair calibrations left to us to complete with no promise that it will actually complete and we won’t be back at this horrible repair facility).

Calls and questions are never answered fully or on time. Promised return phone calls are never made “I’ll get back to you in an hour with the answer to that”… crickets…

Add to that the time to get ANYTHING done. Wait weeks for an appointment with a KNOWN issue. Parts not ordered, they’re surprised we’re there at the appointment. Wait days to WEEKS for parts. Wait days for the repair to be done. WE ENTERED THE PROBLEM! THE WHOLE PROCESS IS COMPUTERIZED! Put the parts and people in place to get it repaired WHEN WE SHOW UP. Not weeks later. Just appalling all around.

Like is said before I love this car but I can’t recommend it to my friends and family because they might have to get it repaired and it’s just AWFUL. Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad…

If you make a delivery appointment, come to take the tesla after minimum 4 hours later. I drunk 5 water bottles until they call for ready to pick up my new car. Please bring your phone charger so that you don’t run out of battery while playing game during waiting time. Horrible. It’s torture …

테슬라 픽업하시는분들 여기서 하지마세요ㅜㅜ 5시 픽업인데 9시에 받았어요. 진짜 서비스도 최악.. 리뷰 보니깐 하루 이틀도 아니에요. 아니면 픽업 시간을 올 수 있는 시간보다 훨씬 전에 예약하세요. 근처에 레스토랑도 거의 없고 주구장창 의자에 앉아있어야해요. 폰 충전기 필수입니다.. 진짜 열받는데 차는 받아서 가야하고 고문이었어요.

Recently me and my friend went to pick up car at Van Brunt Street Brooklyn. My experience at the Brooklyn Tesla dealer was nothing short of a nightmare, especially when it came to customer service. The staff exhibited a level of incompetence that I didn't think was possible. It felt like they were actively trying to ignore customers. No one bothered to acknowledge my presence, let alone offer assistance. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, they seemed annoyed by my questions and were completely unhelpful. It was as if customer service was a foreign concept to them. The attitude was downright disrespectful, and it's evident they have zero regard for their customers. The entire experience left me questioning why anyone would subject themselves to such atrocious service. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid the Brooklyn Tesla dealer at all costs. You're better off taking your business elsewhere.
