- Going into Tesla on Saturday afternoon I had a 0% chance of considering a Tesla for my next car. I set up a demo drive for my wife’s sake. She had persuaded me to give it a try so to please her I said sure. I did not expect the level of service I received when getting there. The advisers were nice and welcoming. I met with Vasti, and he was very welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. He showed us the car and was with us during our demo drive. He answered all our questions, even the silly ones. Because of this experience and Vasti's service, I have moved Tesla from 0% to 90% consideration and look to be winning currently.
- David provided great customer service and I was simply amazed by it. He fixed all the headache I had during the purchase process using the app. His ownership was outstanding while Tesla customer service over the phone was nothing but the nightmare. I gotta say doing everything on the app is a bit tricky and confusing and without his assistance I almost had given up purchasing Model 3. Thank you so much David and I do recommend this place if you wanna purchase Tesla.
