I had a great experience at this store yesterday. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to see me later that day. The best part was the man who helped me didn’t speak to me like I was stupid. He went well beyond answering my questions. He talked me through my options and lead me to the best choice for me. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Top notch help. Don’t go to Apple approved shops. Apple repaired my keys on my butterfly keyboard and did not charge me. What?!

For the premium paid for their products, you would think the customer service would be premium, or at the least, sort of. I cannot recommend this place at all. Terrible customer service. And it isn't like that at every Apple Store. Just this one in Little Rock.
