AutoZone Auto Parts

It comes to me as no surprise that others have written such wonderful reviews about the incredible service they have received at this particular AutoZone. John is an extremely exceptional manager, providing excellent customer service. Aldo as mentioned by others is a TRUE GEM. The few times that I have come to this location he has always been incredibly helpful and remarkably resourceful. He is intelligent in his field beyond his years and has absolutely impeccable manners. With their help and guidance I was able to change my own ignition coils and spark plugs! I was smart enough to bring my car there to make sure that they would be close at hand if I needed any back up. . .They were STELLAR. . .I went in and out of that store at least a half dozen times needing help or with a question. . .They are truly a gift to the community. My check engine is off and my Mazda 3 with 322,182 miles is running beautifully. What a blessing. I have to say though my biggest take away is that Aldo remembered me. . .I had only met him once before and he actually remembered me. . .THIS IS A HUGE CITY. . .Millions of people and he remembered ME. . .That might not seem significant. . .but sometimes in this journey of life in L.A. one can feel anonymous and invisible. . .To be seen. . .To be recognized. . .How validating. . .Having fixed my own car. . .Feeling like I was someone special. . .who could ask for anything more?

I thought this AutoZone may be different than the rest of AutoZones but I think they're all the same, the people that work there don't want to help, they want to do the bare minimum. I needed to charge my battery I asked him if they would do it there and they said yes he's a half an hour to an hour I just had to bring it in. I go to my car and attempt to take it out. After an hour-and-a-half I still couldn't get that bolt out and they still didn't help me. I finally just put it back together and just left. Every time I go to AutoZone if I need any kind of help that requires them to walk out of the building they don't do it.

They helped me with my needs and gave me a discount because I'm a SAG Actress on Strike. I'm your returning Customer for good.

My battery wasn’t working last night and this morning and when I came to check it, it was smoking. The manager picked me out a new battery and installed himself.
