Los Angeles, 8500 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048

If you’re navigating the bustling intersection of West Hollywood and Beverly Grove, you’ll find a sophisticated tech sanctuary at Apple Beverly Center. Located at 8500 Beverly Blvd, this store is a centerpiece of the iconic eight-story monolith known for its high-fashion boutiques and panoramic city views. Following a massive relocation and modernization within the mall in 2018, this location has shed its classic "metal" look for Apple’s next-generation design, featuring warm oak finishes and massive glass walls that make the store feel like an open, sun-drenched pavilion in the heart of Los Angeles.

The interior is a masterclass in clean, intuitive design. In 2026, the energy of the store is focused on the latest breakthroughs, from the ultra-slim iPhone 17e to the remarkably powerful MacBook Neo. The signature long maple-wood tables are spread across a wide, inviting floor, giving you plenty of space to test the latest Apple Intelligence features. It is a highly tactile environment where you aren't just encouraged to browse, but to sit down for a personal, immersive demo of the Apple Vision Pro to see how spatial computing can transform your work and play.

What truly brings Apple Beverly Center to life is its role as a creative hub for the local entertainment industry. Through the Today at Apple program, the store’s "Forum" area—centered around a massive high-definition video wall—becomes a daily classroom for the community. On any given afternoon, you might see neighborhood creators mastering professional video editing on an iPad or families joining a "Kids Hour" to learn digital illustration. These free sessions turn a simple shopping trip into an interactive experience, making it a lively hub where technology and creativity collide just minutes away from the major film and television studios.

Visiting this location is a seamless part of a day out in LA’s most vibrant retail district. Whether you’ve booked a Genius Bar appointment for expert technical support or you’re using the dedicated "Apple Pickup" station to grab an online order before heading to a nearby rooftop dinner, the service is characterized by a blend of professional expertise and big-city energy. Its unique position inside the Beverly Center means you can get your tech fixed while exploring world-class fashion, proving that the best technology is at its best when it's integrated into the lifestyle of the city.

I came by today (Sunday 2/08/2026) to trade in my IPhone 13 Pro Max. Suze was EXCELLENT!! She even saved me some money since I wasn't using all of my memory. The trade in was seamless through AT&T, she even helped me pick out a case.
I would absolutely recommend this store, staff is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and most importantly, kind. Definitely would come back again and again.

en vez de comprar celulares o algo de Apple, compren acciones. En unos años se compran el local entero.

The one at the Grove is much nicer but this one’s good for Genius Bar appointments because nobody goes to the Beverly Center

Unmatched experience at this location. Not crowded and the staff is fantastic. Kai was extremely helpful and personable. Will always be coming to this store from now on.

Worst place ever! They discriminate and judge you based off the clothes you wear. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Walked in and no one acknowledged me or greeted me. They kept talking & laughing amongst each other & was not working. No one came up & asked if I needed help. I wanted to purchase three iPhones today and had to go to The Grove because of how horrible the customer service is. I asked for the manager to explain what happen & asked for the person I can write a complain to. Jontè Spriggins tried to withhold the information & didn’t want to give me anything so I can write a complaint. She was rolling her eyes, had an attitude, & did not care what was happening. I can see why the employees don’t care about the customers because of the “leader” they have. Very incompetent and unprofessional at her job and gave very smart remarks. She tried to explain that there is no one above her and just walked away from me. Horrible customer service do not waste your time here!!

Apple Upper Management please do something! I just visited my neighborhood Apple store and I have the worst ever experience from the manager lady (09/28/2023 @ around 2 Pam) totally poker face, not even trying to help me with the questions I had, I said, can I talk to someone else, she said every body is busy if you want to wait just wait, I walked to the back of the store and two other employees absolutely were free and helped me. I know we all need our jobs but she might be in the wrong field. Sad
