Danny was by far the rudest Apple employee I have ever interacted with. He was very annoyed that he could not be standing around doing nothing instead of helping me with my quick $500 purchase.

This Apple Store needs more training or improved customer service. I barely experience lousy service at Apple, but this one will be on the top list.

Staff with iPads in the front chat do not care about customers. Just say hi like robots but not come up to ask if they need anything. I had to approach them and ask for help. Long wait to purchase a new iPhone. No one informs you of anything.

I had difficulty experiencing a disabled staff since it was my first time, and I didn't know how to handle this. It put me in a challenging situation and took me longer to purchase. It was hard to communicate and get help. I felt lost at this store. However, I appreciate that Apple still offers an equal working environment!

To compensate for the bad experience, the guy who worked at the Set up department/table and picks up area was offered a better and more caring service than the rest.

What makes an Apple Story exceptional is not the company symbol printed on the walls or the wonderful videos, but the feeling of well-being in the store, similar to what you feel when using an Apple product. Unfortunately, that was not the feeling I had at Apple Century City. I was very poorly received and very poorly guided. The feeling I had was that no, it's not an Apple store!!

Horrible service. Staff doesn’t seem like they want to do their job and give such a bad attitude. Really tarnishes the brand image of Apple. Wished I knew the name of the specific staff so that I could directly call them out.

Came in to have my AirPods case replaced due to hardware failure, but they refuse to help me because the 90 day warranty expired 6 days ago. Sorry but not paying $100 to replace the charging case when every other company would make the exception and take care of this in the interest of customer service. I remember when Apple actually cared about service but it seems like they only care about their profits now.

I'll make a caveat, the store was nice, busy and the staff that I dealt with was excellent!
I was having a lot of trouble picking up a new iPhone I purchased on a call yesterday to this very store. I used my Amex that was approved, for in store pick, the fact I had an appointment set for pickup this morning didn't stop Apple from having the Apple store not process the confirmation to this because of some unstated reason, truth be told, I used a different email from the one listed in my Apple ID, I did not remember which one of mine I originally registered with for my last purchase, after an hour waiting the phone never came, asked for help again and was told there was a hold, no explanation. Eventually I got through and was told that the confirmation would be sent to the store. After over another hour on hold, I inquired again with the sales staff as what was the issue, they had no idea so we called again, this time with the store manager, we called a second time she was great , on hold on the phone for about another hour then I was told there was another issue, the person on the phone had no information what the 2nd issue was but a manager on the call center finally did approved the pick up. Well over two hours I finally got it just as I started to request a cancellation.

Store *****, Apple's confirmation department and sales website *, truly awful, not transparent at all. System

My last apple product ever!

The worst costumer service you can experience in an Apple Store. They will make you wait at least an hour for everything.
