The original Whole Foods Market opened in 1980 with a staff of only 19 people. It was an immediate success. At the time, there were less than half a dozen natural food supermarkets in the United States. We have grown by leaps and bounds since our first store opened.

not bike friendly, increasingly less cash friendly (it’s literally so easy to accept cash at self checkouts) and the biggest let down: no raw dairy. Thank God for sprouts

The staff is excellent but the customers are just like every other Whole Foods; rude, entitled, and useless. They should get a better class of real, decent folks to shop there and I might actually go more often.

After being assaulted by customer while having to use bathroom at DTLA location on my bday I noticed a odor of meth that the homeless man was smokin in bathroom the DTLA location did nothing no resolve and I will never return to DTLA. NOW FAIRFAX always goes above and beyond for me.

Their tuna was great and delicious and their pasta section was incredible. They had so much to choose from and it was easy to find. Their restrooms were clean.

The parking here is kind of bananas so be mentally prepared. The lines to check out are also chaotic.

Staff at the seafood counter and meat counter are responsive and helpful.
