Located at 8501 SW 124th Ave, it’s super easy to get to, and the atmosphere inside is much more "wellness spa" than "hospital waiting room." Dr. Fox has been practicing in Miami for years, and she’s built a team that really focuses on making sure you feel relaxed—which, let’s be honest, isn't always easy when you're at the gynecologist.

One of the coolest things about this center is how much they embrace both modern medicine and a more holistic approach to health. While they handle all the standard stuff like routine paps and prenatal care, they are also experts in things like natural hormone replacement therapy and weight loss management. If you’ve been feeling "off" but other doctors haven't been able to pinpoint why, Dr. Fox is known for digging a little deeper into things like thyroid issues or hormonal imbalances to get you feeling like yourself again.

They also offer some really convenient in-office procedures that usually require a hospital trip elsewhere. Whether it’s 3D/4D ultrasounds to see your little one or specialized treatments for things like HPV or abnormal paps, they try to keep everything under one roof. Plus, for those of us with crazy schedules, the office is a total lifesaver because they actually have Saturday hours, which is almost unheard of for specialized doctors in Miami.

You can find them open Monday and Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and they are even open on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The staff is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and they’re great about getting back to you with test results so you aren't left wondering. It’s the kind of place where you can get your medical needs met while feeling like the team actually cares about your overall well-being.

Horrible experience overall. When I arrived, no one explained the process or what I needed to do. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, yet I still waited over an hour before being called.

After waiting all that time, they told me I couldn’t be seen because my medical records had not been sent over. This should have been communicated upfront instead of after an hour and a half of waiting.

The most frustrating part was the language barrier. Every staff member I spoke with only spoke Spanish. When I asked if they could explain things in English because I didn’t understand, I was told “it doesn’t matter.” That response was shocking, especially since they were asking medical questions that I needed to understand.

From the front desk to the waiting process, the entire experience felt disorganized and unwelcoming. There were no clear instructions, and if you didn’t take the initiative to ask questions, no one bothered to check in or guide you.

Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. DO NOT COME HERE. You can clearly tell the employees are not happy , they walk around frustrated , heard a few cursing . Stay away . Waited a hour for the doctor and nothing I asked several times and nothing . I left . Waste of my time

If I could give zero stars I would This office is extremely unprofessional and very disorganized. I called twice before my appointment to ask exactly what I needed to do to get my birth control, and both times I was only told that I needed to be on my period. No one mentioned anything about needing blood work beforehand.

I specifically planned my appointment around that requirement, showed up on my period as instructed, and then once I got there they suddenly told me they couldn’t do the birth control because I needed blood work first. That requirement was never mentioned during either of my calls.

Now they want me to come back another day just to do blood work so they can bill my insurance, and then schedule yet another appointment to actually receive the birth control. It honestly feels like they are just trying to charge my insurance multiple times instead of being upfront about the process from the beginning.

Very frustrating experience and a huge waste of time. Patients deserve clear information and better organization than this.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this office. After waiting over two hours in the exam room, already prepared, no one communicated or checked in. When the nurse finally arrived, she was dismissive and argumentative about my medical history, refusing to verify concerns with proper testing. Follow-up was nonexistent; results were available for two days, but not shared, and I was denied portal access or immediate answers. This level of disorganization and lack of respect is unacceptable. I will not return.

Came for the annual checkup today and I was moved to two waiting rooms and left waiting on the room for over 45 minutes. Not one person came to notify me it was going to take that long. I understand things happen but it’s very disrespectful to not at least notify the patient. Walk out after 110 minutes of waiting since Check in.

I originally gave this office 5 stars because the doctor is great: she’s very helpful, reassuring, and made my first visit much less stressful. My annual exam was completed in under an hour, and she took the time to explain everything clearly.

However, I’ve updated my review and reduced it by one star due to ongoing issues with wait times. I’ve been coming here for about two years now, with roughly three appointments per year, and unfortunately this has been a consistent problem. I always arrive on time or early and check in promptly, yet I’m typically called up about 30 minutes later just to verify insurance information. After that, I’ve had to wait anywhere from 20 minutes to as long as 2 hours to actually see the doctor.

I understand that delays can happen occasionally in medical offices, but it’s frustrating that this has occurred at every single appointment. For example, I’ve had a 10:00 AM appointment and not been seen until 1:00 or even 2:00 PM.

This office has the potential to be a 5-star experience because of the quality of care, but the lack of punctuality makes it difficult to recommend if you value your time.

Literally just find a different office before you start - reception is rude/unhelpful. They ask you to arrive 30 minutes early then you wait an hour for them to collect information and payment to be told to wait again maybe 40 more minutes.

I had a very disappointing experience with Susan Fox.

Appointments are extremely poorly managed — even with a scheduled time, you can expect to wait up to two hours. The only explanation ever given is that “the doctor is busy.”

I received test results indicating an infection and had to wait over a week for a prescription, again due to the doctor being “busy.” This kind of delay is unacceptable when it comes to patient care.

Additionally, my sister had an abnormal Pap test and never received a call or any follow-up. She only became aware of the issue after switching to a different doctor.

Overall, the lack of communication, long wait times, and delayed care are very concerning. I would not recommend this provider.
