Finding a vet you can truly trust is rare, and Dr. Palacios is one of them. He has taken such amazing care of Trumpi and always makes sure he is well cared for. Also Maria she’s The BEST! always going above and beyond for us! Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine love truly sets them apart. We are so thankful to have him as our vet.

I am deeply grateful to Miami Animal Clinic and all the staff who work there. They saved the life of my little puppy, Carmela. We went in on a Thursday at 7 p.m. after I noticed blood in her stool and a sudden drop in her energy. Dr. Lorente saw her right away, and from the very beginning he was incredibly kind and gentle with her. They performed a fecal test and a parvo test, and unfortunately Carmela tested positive for Parvo.

Dr. Lorente was always honest and compassionate. He explained the seriousness of the illness and let us know from the start that there was only about a 50% chance of survival due to the severity of the virus. Even so, the entire team gave us hope and constant support. They allowed us to visit Carmela every day, which gave us peace of mind knowing she was in a safe, caring environment.

Don Leo and Don Mario are truly amazing people who treat every animal with love and patience. They were kind to us every single day and never made us feel rushed during our visits. Carmela was hospitalized for five days and was discharged with all the medications she needed to continue her treatment at home.

Because Parvo weakens the immune system, Carmela later developed kennel cough. I called the clinic, and they helped us on Christmas Day. They examined her, provided the necessary medication, and let her go home with us again.

Dure mucho buscando un veterinario que me ayudara con mi mascota y por fin lo encontré me encantó el servicio de las chicas de recepción fue rápido sin cita atendieron a mi gata y todo fue demaciado rápido y sin lío! Me encantó la atención de todos y sobre todo la doctora veterinaria muy amable trato a mi Gatica súper bien excelente diría yo y rápida explicó todo excelente y me hizo sentir en confianza y que mi Gatica se recuperaría pronto definitivamente tienen que visitarlos allí van a estar en buenas manos si pudiera dar más estrellas lo haría

I brought in my cat for what I suspected was a UTI. They got to me pretty quick and after some xrays, they figured out that it was actually constipation. They explained that she’d have to stay overnight for an enema. The next day I was told they had to sedate her and do some “deeper cleaning.” I was not told that any of this would leave my cat in pain on her behind. I wish this was explained to me and I wish I was given some advice on how to make her comfortable at home. I have to wonder what exactly was done that could leave my poor cat in this condition.
Ultimately, the place was nice, the workers were caring, and the doctor seemed informed enough but I wish there was a more empathetic and informative approach to sending pets home after such invasive procedures.

I adopted an 8-year-old Imperial Shih Tzu and the dog unfortunately did not have good care so I have had to visit this clinic several times and counting. I would like to please recommend that anyone looking for veterinary care go to this place. Dr Mileydi, just like Dr Palacios, very professional. The girls at the Reception and the technicians are all lovely. And if you are worried about costs, Dr. helps a lot with this issue. Thank you all very much for taking care of our pets.

Dr. Palacios is the best veterinarian in south Miami every time he treaded my babies for anything they've healed very soon. I highly recommend him to treat your pet with the best care and be safe that he will guide you to best way to keep your pet safe.
An amazing Vet. DR. Palacios loves what he does. He is kind and sweet compassionate to the animals and the paw parents of these animals . He's one of the most amazing vet I have ever encountered Dr. Palacios is kind and knowledgeable he explained me the treatment in clear simple terms.
I couldn't be happier with the service and care they provide to my furry family members. I am so glad I found an awesome vet. Dr. Palacios and staff are just the BEST!
Their fees are also very reasonable.
Mary is a very sweet friendly kind and professional lady at the front desk who is very care for every paw parent that comes in, always with an smile, makes you feel that everything is going to be alright.

My furrbaby is going under surgery and I know everything is going to be alright with Dr. Palacios.
