This is by far, and I mean from one end of the world to the other, the best Optical company I have been to. Not only did I called to set up an appointment, they were very prompt, Josselyn was extremely professional, Prescilla was amazing as well. They entire staff helped me out with my situation at the most affordable price you will Never get anywhere else. The way they took care of you made me feel like I was a very important person. Im glad that I googled this company. You are the best!!!!!! Here's 5 more stars

A quien corresponda,
Atentamente, Claudia Machin

I was disappointed not once but twice I don't feel comfortable with having a doctor that's examining me from somewhere else talking to a doctor through the television that sucks. The next thing was that I didn't get my glasses in 30 minutes that's the only reason I went there. I don't recommend it

BEWARE — Promotions may not be clearly explained or offered unless you specifically ask. We were attended by DILAYDIS.

My mother and I scheduled eye exams after seeing advertised deals, including two pairs for $79.99.

After the exams, we told the associate, DILAYDIS, that we wanted the $79.99 promotion. My mother selected blue-tag frames and wanted two pairs of simple reading glasses (single-vision). We were told by DILAYDIS my mom did not qualify solely because her prescription was +3.00 and that she would need progressive lenses.

After the visit, I could not find anything in the published terms stating that a +3.00 single-vision prescription does not qualify for the $79.99 offer. I later also discovered an online promotion for two pairs of progressive glasses for $135 with anti-glare and a free exam, which was not mentioned during our appointment.

My mother asked to opt out of progressives and get basic reading glasses instead (which was her original intention), but we were advised to purchase a single pair with a St. Patrick’s Day discount instead because she did not qualify for the $79.99. We were still unclear why simple reading glasses with blue-tag frames and plastic did not qualify for the $79.99 offer. She kept saying because my mom had a vision of +3.00.

After reviewing the itemized receipt, we did not see any obvious upgrades listed that would explain why she did not qualify for the advertised promotion.

My mother requested that all add-ons be removed and that the glasses be made as basic and economical as possible. We asked multiple questions about what each offer included because we were trying to choose the lowest-cost option, but the pricing structure remained difficult to understand.

When it was my turn, I was strongly encouraged to use my medical insurance and select higher-priced glasses, which resulted in an estimated out-of-pocket cost close to $300. I repeatedly stated that I preferred the advertised promotion, and it was only applied after I insisted. I felt like I had to push very hard to receive the promotional pricing instead of being guided toward the most affordable option.

We were also told that a refer-a-friend discount would be applied because I brought my mother, but later we were told we did not qualify. Additionally, after paying $120 for a contact lens exam, I was told I would receive trial contact lenses to take home even without trying them on in store. However, when my fiancé picked up our glasses the next day, he was told I had declined them and that they would only be provided if tried on in person.

The overall experience was frustrating due to inconsistent information about promotions, pricing, and items discussed during the visit. Customers who are trying to save money should receive the same level of assistance as those purchasing more expensive options. I strongly recommend confirming all eligibility requirements, pricing details, and included items before proceeding.

Based on this experience, I would prefer to go to America’s Best in the future.

Hola! Gracias Dilaydis
