I am not a shopper but I do enjoy my trips to Costco. The rotisserie chickens are better and you don't have to wait in along line for half hour while the cook gets a power rush. I always find what I need and enjoy being there because the they have what I need when I need it.

Customer service going downhill when Costco first opened they would help you check out just to speed up the line. now employees just point

Been a member since this store opened. It was great. But for the last year, things have been going downhill. The staff has become sparse and less friendly. Whole sections are rooted and moved to the other side of the store without explanation or signage. Beef that should be labeled SELECT is labeled PRIME. Way Slower lines at checkout. There used to always be 2 staff covering the self checkout making it really easy, now you are lucky if you have one and if they aren’t socializing with other staff. Attitude, the staff never ever had a negative attitude, now they do.

I am now regretting letting my Sams Club membership lapse.

The membership is well worth it over a years time. That cost for us is reimbursed by basically completely refurbished by what we buy. Careful when your driving in the parking lot, the little toy car for parking security / surveillance has no lights on the back so you can be surprised sometimes as you turn corner!

I normally love this store, but today (9/10/23 @ 9:48 AM) was my first bad experience. I was in the self-checkout line and showed the Costco employee the photo on my card. I approached an open self-checkout when a lady in the full service line attempted to jump in front of me. I informed the other lady where the self-checkout line starts. What happened next ruined my day at this store. The employee then approached to inform me that next time I was to be in the self-checkout line. I informed the employee I was in that line. I do not appreciate being accused of cutting in line, when that is what the other customer was attempting to do. I pray my next encounter at this store will be a better experience.

There is always a traffic hustle with inpatient people and the produce section could be better stocked, but it’s still my number one place to grocery shop

Awful experience. Got yelled at like I was in military school just going through self check out because I moved a large pack of paper towels off of the scale after having scanned it already. If I was doing something wrong, I wouldn’t have mind being told to put it back, but I didn’t appreciate being scolded. I also witnessed an employee yelling at 2 children to show their membership card (which they didn’t have due to being with their parents, which were only an aisle over while they waited in the long self check out line). I immediately wanted to cancel my membership.

Delivering a load of water tobtis store. Had a 2pm appt. Got here at 11am got a door at 12:30. Its been almost 5hrs they still cant offload trailer. Recieving dept sent their day crew home. They dnt have any certifies forklift operator to unload truck. How do they stay in business if they dnt have anyone to offload the products
