Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us immediately. It is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency or recommend a local emergency center to go to.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have veterinarian and personnel on duty six days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually, an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as accidental ingestion of rat poison, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call immediately.

We are also available for most urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment, our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. We ask you call before coming in to see if we can "squeeze" you and your pet in as only certain days and times we can do this.

Discounts

Underhill Animal Hospital offers discounted services to senior citizens, military, first responders and local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to qualify for the rescue group discounts, please call us for more information.

My husband brought our cat there after she was having issues urinating. They took us as a walk in (and charging $95 for it) and told him she had bladder stones and was told she had no blood in her urine.
Since I wasn’t able to be there for the visit, I called to get a copy of her records and the XRay so that I could see and be informed as well as be able to submit it to my insurance.
I called EVERYDAY 3-4 times a day to obtain these records, only to be met with.. “only a tech could provide you with the records..” “someone will call back today” NONE of those things happened.. after a WEEK of no answers, I went there and waited for an HOUR just to be seen..
Needless to say I was LIVID that I had to jump through all these hoops just to be able to have answers as to what was going on with my daughter.
They even LIED to my husband saying she didn’t have blood in her urine, but the test results stated SIGNIFICANT HEMATURIA!!!
They have time to see people as a walk in (probably because they are making money from them, again charging $95 for walk ins) but couldn’t spare TEN MINUTES to explain to me what’s going on)
I have NEVER felt so disregarded and disrespected as I did with the ENTIRE staff here.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this vet. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR YOU OR YOUR PETS.

Been taking my Boston Terrier since she was a puppy and now 13. They have always taken good care of my pup and reminders when her vaccines are due. From teeth cleaning to mammary cyst removals and corneal abrasions they have managed to take care of all issues. I couldnt have asked for a better veterinarian hospital. Thankful to Dr. Wolf who has always been understanding, attentive, professional and for her kindness towards my lil pup. Everyone there has been helpful and kind.

we have been taking our dog every since his birth, 5 years now a great place, doctors and staff are wonderful, we have sent a couple of other dog owners and they love it also, so of course we recommend them

I had Bella there for loose stoll. Although it took awhile, the staff are amazing and dedicated to the client.
