- (Austin, TX Airport Location) The car Was definitely what I call a preferred member vehicle. This was probably one of the first cars I have ever rented without damage. The drive style was very nice. The appearance was very clean, the outside hid minimal scuffs or damage. The interior smelt fresh and the cleanliness was very appealing.

- Needed a last minute rental and went to Avis. We were greeted and helped by Vance. He gave us the best deal and customer service. The process was so smooth and easy. I had placed an order for a minivan. I arrived at the rental counter to be informed that there were none available. I am traveling with my wife, children, 6 bags of luggage, stroller, and car seat. I needed a large vehicle to accommodate us.

I was given a Dodge Ram truck key and went to load up the car - but the battery was completely dead.

I was then given a 2nd Dodge Ram that had a check engine light and low tire pressure light activated.

Finally left with a 3rd Dodge Ram but the entire affair took over 2 hours. We landed at 6:15 pm and didn't leave the AVIS car lot until after 8:45 pm. They staff were unhelpful and no effort made to refund our money or compensate for the inconvenience.

This is unacceptable. I expect better service and a refund for poor quality vehicles.

I reserved a minivan - because I needed the seats - and they gave me a pickup truck. I don't know if that kind of decision is automated, but it is certainly not an acceptable switch when (a) the app won't let you choose other options and (b) the *preferred* line is 20 people long.

I booked a sedan but they ran out and gave me this Jeep. First time driving the Jeep was a really cool experience especially in Texas. Thanks for letting me drive this.

Checkin and checkout (without any interaction) process was smooth for a Avis preferred customer.

I have rented and dropped off several times at this location, and the staff have always been super friendly and provide great service (not always the case at other Avis locations). Five stars from me!

No gasoline autos available. Was forced to rent EV. Horrible experience finding the right charging station. Returned auto two days ahead of schedule but still got charged full price.

I filled up the gas right before returning the car but the gas pump had trouble printing a receipt. It was 4am in the morning so there was no one at the gas station counter to print me one. Upon returning the car I told Avis attendee that and I have a picture to show I filled up the gas and he said he will mark my car full. Got charged $16.99 nonetheless. This isn't acceptable.

They also didn't have the SUV that we reserved and gave us a pickup truck instead.
