Sacramento, 1689 Arden Wy, Sacramento, CA

If you’re navigating the capital of the Golden State, you’ll find a vibrant intersection of technology and local culture at Apple Arden Fair. Located at 1689 Arden Way, this store is a long-standing anchor of one of Northern California’s most established shopping destinations. While the mall itself has been a Sacramento staple for decades, the Apple Store provides a sleek, modern contrast, acting as a bright and welcoming hub for residents from Mid-town to the surrounding suburbs. In 2026, it remains the primary spot in the region to see how the latest innovation fits into the everyday California lifestyle.

The interior of the store is designed as a sun-drenched sanctuary, featuring a high-ceilinged layout and signature floor-to-ceiling glass that pulls in the bright Sacramento light. Inside, the iconic long maple-wood tables offer a sprawling playground for discovery. In 2026, the energy is focused on the newest arrivals, from the remarkably light iPhone 17e to the powerful MacBook Neo. It’s a completely hands-on environment where you’re encouraged to test the latest Apple Intelligence features or experience the future of spatial computing first-hand with a personal, immersive demo of the Apple Vision Pro.

What truly makes Apple Arden Fair a community cornerstone is its role as a creative engine. Through the Today at Apple program, the store’s central "Forum" area—equipped with a massive high-definition video wall—becomes a daily classroom for all ages. On any given afternoon, you might see local students from Sac State mastering professional video editing or families gathered for a "Kids Hour" to learn coding and digital art. These free sessions turn a simple shopping trip into an opportunity to learn a new skill, making the store a lively hub where technology and local creativity collide.

Visiting this location is a seamless part of a productive day in the city. Whether you’ve scheduled a Genius Bar appointment for expert technical support or you’re using the "Apple Pickup" station to grab an online order while running errands, the service is characterized by a blend of professional expertise and a friendly, neighborly vibe. Its central location near the Cal Expo means you’re just minutes away from some of the city’s best events and dining, making it the perfect starting point for your next creative project. It’s a world-class retail space that reminds you why the best technology is at its best when it serves as a gathering place for the community.

I was pretty tired when I arrived, even with appt there was a 15min wait. However, the apple agents were incredible patience, very understanding, and help significantly with my broken screen, buying a iwatch and general advice. I am a scientist so computers and tech are off me. But they were very helpful. Don't like too many innovations when you finally get one to understand then they changed it. Like this ugly icon for camera: the camera takes the photos, NOT The lens.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had in any retail environment.

Owned Apple products since 1991.

2012 I purchased a MacBook Pro and it work extremely well until 2022 over 3000 cycle count between 3 battery replacements.

Purchased a MacBook Air in 2021 and had little issues I just dealt with. But recently the keyboard has been acting up. No water or spills and seldom usage. 261 battery cycle count.

Quoted me $348 to fix or $230 trade in.

Staff was rude and condescending. Would not recommend this location.

My issue was not resolved. In addition, my appointment was scheduled at 1:30 and I was not seen for a full hour until 2:30. What’s the point of even having an appointment?

Took in my phone for a software update fail. My phone was attempting to update to new software update , and it went into recovery mode. My phone has no damage in any kind of way. I got checked in to see a technician, which I was supposed to get a text message within 15 mins since it was slow. Over 30 mins passed, and i never got a text. I had to go up to the front and ask what was going on. After they got me a technician, they wanted to charge me $450 to fix the issue. Not what I was expecting for something I didn't cause. Plus, the technician looked like she didn't even want to help. Idk if she was having a bad day or what. Defiantly will avoid coming here for services. Unless buying something which they are happy to help.

Just absolutely unhelpful in my quest to solve the wifi issue with my IPad Pro. Apple products cost too much for us to have to fight with tech support to get help. If I bring video and photo evidence of the issue to the store clearly I’m having an issue. To shrug when I say “apple didn’t escalate me to tier 2” it just felt condescending and I’d rather stop dealing with them as a whole. It seems they only
Deal with damaged devices because then they’ll get money out of it.

Again, not an Apple guy. And after a thoroughly disappointing experience at the Roseville location, I was prepared for more of the same. But I couldn’t have been more wrong. First, the place was extremely busy, and had a presentation going on for new users. I grabbed the attention of a representative and instead of being dismissed with “I’m too busy”, I was checked in and told that although they were already engaged with a customer, they would have someone with me as soon as possible. They parked me at a table and it wasn’t 5 min before being greeted by a nice young man. I had come to have my parents Apple Watches diagnosed, but due to the helpfulness of the representatives, I traded in my Droid for a new iPhone 14. Wasn’t an Apple guy, but I am now.

I’ve been an iPhone user since the release of the iPhone 4. Throughout the time I’ve owned an iPhone I never really placed much importance on getting AppleCare. In fact, I genuinely thought it was pointless. The last few days have caused me to swear by AppleCare and tell everyone with an iPhone to purchase this service. I had shattered the back glass of my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was able to get it repaired for $30 with AppleCare; which is far less than what I would have paid without it (roughly $550). After getting it fixed, I ran into issues with my carrier. Long story short, I was having issues with my ESIM. My carrier kept saying the phone wasn’t working and Apple kept saying it was an issue with my carrier. After repeated back and forths with both Apple and my carrier - I returned to Apple - ready, but extremely distraught to throw down some money down and get a brand new phone. At this point I was desperate and on the verge of tears. My past interactions with Apple team members weren’t really noteworthy because many of them couldn’t and didn’t do much - instead they kept sending me to my carrier. However, there was one Apple team member that stood out. Brandon was empathetic and showed true determination to resolve my issue. He asked me a few questions, looked into the extensive documentation showing my repeated attempts to solve the issue, and finally he advocated for me. Brandon was able to work his magic and got me a new iPhone 14 Pro Max for free through my Apple Care. He is and was a god send! He went above and beyond compared to other Apple team members and I am extremely appreciative of him. All that is to say, not only do I recommend you paying for AppleCare, but I also recommend that you specifically ask for Brandon’s assistance when going to the Apple Store in Sacramento (Arden mall). Brandon, if you’re reading this, you the real MVP!

I encountered some problems with pickup. The official website clearly showed that it was pickup available today, but when I arrived at the store, it kept showing "processing" until the store close. But the staff was very nice and finally helped solve the problem. I understand the apple service center keep saying "you shouldn't come to the store until you receive the ready email", but come on, if the item is not going to be available to pickup. Then don't say it available on the website. Don't lie

El personal de la tienda nos atendió muy bien, había mucha gente, pero no suficiente eapacio para poder esperar tu turno, tienes que estar de pie, la única ventaja es que aprovechas el tiempo viendo los productos.
