Matt was great! Attentive, polite and extremely helpful, he looked into the issues I was having with my watch, pods and phones and fixed them. Hogie was also very helpful! And it was great visiting with Todd while he showed me the new watches as I waited! Great store! Great staff!

Came here asking for troubleshooting help on why my AirPod pros stopped working/charging and was told that they couldn’t give me any advice or tips unless I brought them in to have them looked at. Made a second trip to the store with the AirPods and was told I’d have to wait an hour and a half to have someone check them due to other appointments even though there was no one else there currently being helped for tech support. Both times I was eagerly greeted and asked how I could be helped, but as soon as they discovered I wasn’t looking to buy a product the worker’s demeanor quickly changed. Very clear that they are only interested in selling products, not helping customers. I would highly encourage you to go to any other Apple Store other than this one if you need assistance with your already purchased items.

I came there at this location on Thursday August 10th to buy a new iPad for my daughter while purchasing it I had many questions regarding the different accounts that were connected to one Apple ID I had help from Ariel she was amazing I couldn't get this figured out through tech support through the other Apple store at Northstar numerous times nobody could figure it out but Ariel without hesitation completely walked me through the setup of the old tablet for parental controls and for the new tablet . I seriously was so shocked from the knowledge and the amazing customer service that Ariel had given. This is what great customer service truly is Apple if you read these comments please recognize Ariel from the Apple La cantera store with the exceptional customer service that she gave me today.

Got my iPhone 14 “repaired” at this store- exactly a week later it is ruined by water damage. I’ve been rinsing my phone off every night for the past 7 years - no issues. Suspicious much?? Gaslit by Managment that the phone would not work at all if it wasn’t sealed properly. How do the components know there is enough glue? Do not get ur phone repaired or at least ask them to prove it is in sound condition when you get it back- was it tested for water resistance before it is given back? Those techs don’t know what they are doing.

We came in looking for replacement ear buds for headphones. They had them right on the shelf and were super cheap. We were greeted immediately and were able to check out extremely fast in spite of all the people in the store. Great location and service.

The persons working here are very professional. My son had an appointment and we went to find location day before but they took us that same day within 30 minutes.
They fixed his phone and answered all his questions.

I‘ve always found reps at the Apple Store courteous, knowledgeable and more than willing to assist me. I’m an elderly lady but they never made me feel embarrassed by my lack of expertise. Please let those Apple employees know so many of them are outstanding and I always think of them as generous and concerned workers. It’s a pleasure to go there

We had trouble with our account and stopped by for assistance as the online instruction advised. An Apple customer service greeted us and listen to our issue just to say that they cannot help us and it has to be done online and turned to assist other customers. It was obvious at this point that she had no interest in helping us.

I am sure it is a case of a representative that needed better training at understanding the customer. This lady did not represent Apple store in a positive manner.

What a joke. I went there to buy a phone and was told I’ll have to wait 20 minutes to get help from a specialist. I told them I don’t need a “specialist” - I know what I want, and I just need someone to go pull one from the back room so I can pay for it. No no, it still requires waiting for a “specialist” to do a 5 minute transaction.

So forget you again, Apple and Apple Store. I’ll be buying a used phone on BackMarket, and neither your store nor Apple will be making a dime on my phone purchase. There’s a reason people don’t do business with you, and it’s all about your stupid policies, not the technology.

It was the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I drove all the way from Austin and waited in line for 15 minutes, but that wasn't the worst part. When it was finally my turn, a young person in a wheelchair escorted me inside. To my bewilderment, once I entered the store, I found several adult men with beards wearing leotards, some even sporting hair bows. I couldn't make sense of the place!

Then, I had to endure an excruciating 50-minute wait inside the store because the management in the backroom couldn't figure out my AT&T upgrade status due to a mix-up with my two phone lines. Even though I had paid taxes and financed through AT&T, they wouldn't assist me or allow me to contact AT&T myself about my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Instead, they suggested I cancel my order and reorder, which would cost me an extra $1,500. All the while, the person in the wheelchair was wheeling themselves back and forth in the backroom.

I want to clarify that my frustration wasn't directed at the individual in the wheelchair due to their physical condition; it was the store's overall lack of knowledge and assistance to customers. After this experience, I've decided never to deal with Apple stores again.

Very bad customer service , the place is dirty , the employees have a bad attitude, the Austin DOMAIN one is much better . This place has decayed, an employee told me he was too busy to help me
