The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced from the lady in the front with purple hair. She was rude for literally no reason and on top of it she was there laughing on her phone while I’m waiting for some help. How is she still working there?
But thank you to the guys that actually took over and helped me. Please re-train her.

This Autozone has one of the best customer service, I always feel welcomed and their employees are always happy to help. The other day I went to buy some wipers for my car and a girl name Denisse I believe was her name, she had purple hair, kindly offered to help me with them even tho it was raining outside I denied but I still felt that was very nice of her.

I went to this store a few days ago and I was surprised as to how friendly the staff was. I got helped by Jessica and she recommended the best parts for my vehicle. She also informed me about the military discount and it helped me save some money. Will definitely be returning in the future.
