Had to wait in line for ever for snack bar. Chicken bakes don't taste as good as they used to. The first couple of bites were all dough. They changed something about then. Don't know what it is.

I tried to buy some Starbird gift cards here. They have the gift cards on shelf. But after I checked them out and try to redeem it, their customer services say they have run out of the cards. What the heck? If you don't have it, why do you put it there?

I usually go to a different Costco, I was not ready for the sheer amount of people. But that's no fault of Costco. Got everything I needed and staff was decently helpful.

My go to Costco shopping. Love how quick I can get in and out of the store. Store has gotten more efficient

Went and had eye exam here, but they tried to look me up on the computer and couldn't. Very polite, nevertheless.

Update: We waited ~15mins for guest services, it's incredibly crowded and understaffed.
Couldn't find tomato paste and kirkland frozen ground beef but besides that it's pretty good.

Customer service and checker are super slow the food court super slow wow line out of the door all the time never less than 30 people waiting in lines avoid if you value your time

As usual the best place to do quick shopping from notebook to clothes to fresh and liquor.Love their varieties of fresh n organic dry foods and fast execution. Costco consistentcy of quality products is still the best at great prices n options along with their customer services. More than 25yrs of experience with no regrets so far.

This costco sucks...this is the closest one to me. I would rather drive down to gilroy costco if meant better customer service. My app wasn't working and this guy was being rude that I couldn't ask for help to log into the app and when I did it wouldn't show my membership information. It finally pulls up 15mins after the store closed. Then when I was leaving they said have a good night. And I said I'll try and then the two people checking reciepts laughed at me. Granted not knowing that guy kicking people at was being rude. Never will I shop at this costco.

Worst Costco customer experience I ever had. The employees are rude and they treat you like a child. The teenager at the return desk was so rude and left in the middle of the return. It is a shame because Costco usually has great customer service. I would suggest South San Jose Costco.

What can I say? The glorious warehouse of wonders, purveyor of purchasing power, and last bastion of consumer-aligned incentives.

Here you can buy a $20,000 necklace out of a plexiglass case as well as 15 pounds of toilet paper, and the carts are gargantuan carriages of commerce.

Never never never again. Especially on the weekends. Super crowded. Long lines. Nowhere to park. I will go to the one in Blossom Hill. At least there’s parking. Oh…. Good luck at the tire center. One… maybe two guys working the counter. Took me over an hour to park and buy a batter

Self checkout is what I always use but today I had alcohol so was forced to let them check me out. Cashier thought it was okay to throw my box of Celsius in the basket and she was being short and rude to her nearby co worker. Maria D , 10-4-23 , you need to do better , if you lack customer service please don’t work with customers.

The oldest and best costco in the area is always fun to shop here. Great staff fast and friendly service.
