Just spent $1500 for some lights at Best Buy. Chose to do the curbside pick up for an easy In and Out, didn't work. They delivered the product quickly enough, but then didn't give me any sort of receipt. I had to go inside to get a receipt as I'm not anywhere where I can print one and I need the receipt. I had to go inside to a very annoyed customer service agent named Pinar. She couldn't find my account, then when I went onto my phone to find it, she tried to grab my phone to do it, which I did not appreciate. Then when I asked her to just show me where on the phone I needed to go to get that information. She tried to touch my phone again. finally she found my account went and got my receipt and then wouldn't step step over 1 foot so that I had to walk over to her to get it. Worst customer service ever.

I went back yesterday to pick up some more lights, and the same thing happened with a different employee. They refused to print me up a receipt even though I explained that I needed one which they kept telling me I could just printed on my own. That doesn't help if I'm going and delivering it immediately and needed a receipt immediately. This time it was an employee by the name of llago and the manager, which were both super difficult. I am really not gonna shop here anymore.

Needed a coaxial cable. Found a guy in no time, led me right to them, I was in and out in 10 minutes or less. Excellent!

Ray, Vivian and the team at MacPro-LA were absolutely fantastic. I did a search for reputable Mac dealers and MacPro-LA was at the very top! So I called Ray, told him I was looking for a specific build on a 2020 iMac 27" 5K retina. He had exactly what I needed and fixed me up right away. Made sure the iMac was packed and shipped asap and I had the computer in a few days. Perfectly pacckaged, and with a brand new keyboard and mouse ( something I have never gotten from 'Other' online mac vendors ). The iMac fit in perfectly with my two iMac workflow.
