Costco is literally more cost effective(in the name, lol) than any other stores around. The food court beats almost all fast food places. Pizza's the same price as 7/11s, better ingrediants & bigger as a standard.

This review is for the ladies at the bakery section today. I wish I gotten their names. I came to pick up a last minute cake for my cousins’ birthday get together since I got to town early. I asked the first person near the bread if I could get something written on the cake if I got it, and she said yes and was helpful from the start. Then when I picked out which cake I wanted, another person brought me a pen and paper. And the person decorating, she did look busy, likely doing the pre order decorated cakes, but kindly agreed to write the happy birthday for me. I left so they didn’t feel rushed and when I came back in 20 minutes, it was made and the person decorating the cakes said thank you to ME for waiting. I requested service when they did not need to help me at all, AND I was thanked. It might seem like a small situation, but I am so thankful and in awe for how kind they all were. I hope y’all see this and know how appreciative I am. Thank you.

Review for tire shop only:

Complete lack of competence and zero regard for customer safety or membership loyalty. We were stranded near SFO on a donut spare tire after a flat on a tire we had purchased from Costco less than 6 months ago.
We did everything right: we called from across the state multiple days in advance to ensure they ordered the one specific tire we needed and scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment. Despite rearranging our entire weekend, paying for a hotel, and giving them days of lead time, the SF staff had zero notes in their system. They were completely unprepared, hadn’t ordered the tire, and the technician actually thought we just needed a 'patch.'
To make matters worse, the SF staff tried to claim our warranty wouldn't cover the replacement, despite the tire being nearly brand new. We were forced to drive all the way to San Jose, where the staff there confirmed the warranty WAS valid and got us back on the road. We didn't finally get the new tire installed until 5:15 PM.
San Francisco wasted our entire Sunday, ignored our safety concerns, and tried to dodge their own warranty obligations. If you are in an emergency situation near the airport, do NOT trust this location to follow through on their word or their membership promises.

I presented my Costco credit card reward certificate at the check out cashier (less than $200) and got sent to the membership counter. Waited 5 min in the line and another 5 minute of having no rep In the membership counter. Then the returns person came to see I what I was looking for. After sharing my intent of getting the credit card reward, she directed me to the returns line (about 10 people in the line). At this point, I was pretty fed up in getting no where and not willing for wait for another 20 mins in the line.

Why didn’t the check out cashier honor the reward and why didn’t she direct me returns instead of membership? Costco customer service has been going downhill every year!!!

“I recently visited the Costco food court and unfortunately, I had a rather unpleasant experience. The cleanliness of the establishment was subpar, with dirty floors and an overall lack of tidiness. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning made the environment uncomfortably hot, and a lengthy queue added to the frustration. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to create a more enjoyable and hygienic dining environment for customers.”

It's usually not as congested as the Costco on El Camino and much nicer in environment and people. The gas station is usually a lot faster than El Camino also.

I don't have a lot to compare it to. It seemed quite spacious compared to what I am used to, but this is the first time I went on a weekday.
Unlike the one I normally go to, they sell alcohol.

Another mid-tier warehouse, this one has better location than most Costcos (like near the airport), but the general poor quality and processed, unhealthy food, along with an unoriginal array of other products, make this store not worth a visit despite how tempting its location seems.

Great place to shop. Since I love to cook, it's perfect for me to buy in bulk. Like buying the whole package of pork and cutting it up myself. Also great prices for the pharmacy
