- I had a good shopping experience at the adidas Store in Santa Monica! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I found the perfect pair of running shoes, and the store had a great selection of athletic wear. The store's layout was clean and organized, making it easy to browse.
- This location has been remodeled recently and it definitely looks different but good. The staff was helpful as well. The selection was okay, hopefully they get more adidas basketball and yeezy releases in the future. I'll definitely return soon.
- I went in a couple of weeks ago and DeAngelo helped me buy a pair of sneakers. Great customer service, he took time to help me out while also finding the time to help all the customers around me. DeAngelo was helpful and communicative without being pushy, providing a helpful and laid back consumer experience.
I wanted a pair of Forum Lows but they couldn't find one half of the pair that I needed so DeAngelo looked around the entire sales floor and the stockroom for it. He was constantly in and out trying to find the missing shoe, while recommending me other alternatives that I could think about as he kept checking, while he ALSO helped other waiting customers. Many people in retail would have (rightfully) given up but DeAngelo took the time to check for me, without sacrificing the needs of the other customers in the store. Unfortunately DeAngelo and the stockroom team weren't able to find the missing shoe before his shift was over, but he made sure that another sales rep would take care of me after he left.
I ended up just buying my size in the Women's Forum Low. The other sales rep was also really friendly and helpful I just didn't spend much time with him before I had to leave. The store itself has a wide selection of performance and sportswear apparel with a modest selection of originals/streetwear apparel and a small but decent selection of footwear. If you're shopping along Santa Monica I recommend you drop in.
