At Venetian Dental our goal is to prevent, evaluate, diagnose, and treat diseases of the oral cavity, as well as maintain the function and appearance of the teeth. Many oral diseases and abnormalities can indicate other diseases. If needed we refer patients to their physician or a specialist for further evaluation, or vice versa for treatment.

Dr. Guakhman is amazing. I had a dental emergency and found out my insurance is messed up, I was freaking out! I've never been to him but he squeezed me in immediately and took great care of me. I've had dental issues my whole life, it makes me feel so embarrassed but he never once made me feel bad. He was kind and genuinely concerned about my comfort. I can't say enough good things about him! Also, for having a semi complicated extraction (tooth nub that was just breaking apart as he tried to pull), it was nowhere near as traumatic as some previous ones I've had. Can't sing his praises enough!
They even said I could keep my nubby tooth for the tooth fairy, haha! Thank you Linda as well, again, not judgemental, just kind, concerned and funny.

It is a very personalized experience. I like how they have the little whiteboard in the room that had my name and procedure on it. The hygienists are all very nice and professional. There are many unpleasant factors when going to the dentist but Dr. Ginter and team have been able to compensate and make it a good overall experience.

Called around yesterday to get my husband in for an emergency extraction, had an appointment with you this morning at 9am. But before we could even see your dentist they charged us 50$ for a cancelation ( months ago we canceled do to my husband job) I understand that,usually its only 25$ but i understand that. Plus another $150 because we had that cancelation. So before we could even be seen by the dentist we had to pay $200. That does not include our insurance and appointment cost. We left and called a different dentist got us right in and only spent 137$ to get his tooth pulled for the full service. This place is money hungry and not very friendly. Only thinking of the top dollar they can make. I would definitely stay away.

Horrible experience with Dr. Gaukman. I went in with some tooth sensitivity and concern that there MIGHT be something wrong as I have been working with Dr. Kim on my fillings. When I called Dr. G answered and was short on the phone did not really even ask me what's going on and said be here tomorrow at 2. Okay fine I went I waited about 45 minutes which is understandable when I was worked into the schedule. I got in the room and the assistant said "you're here for a cleaning?" I said no im having sensitivity and pain. She took an X-ray left the room and Dr. G came in pulled my cheek back and said you have decay. "Yes im aware im working with Dr. Kim on these issues" we can do a crown is what he said. I said oh no do I need a root canal? they said no it does not look like there is a cavity or anything wrong. So I asked why would I need a crown? The response? "Well you had enough pain to bring you here right?" I said im not getting a crown if I don't need it! I also asked about the filling on my front tooth that has a break line that does not look right . The assistant said well if you crown it then there won't be that line anymore! And scoffed. I was BEYOND upset. When I checked out I said what is my insurance being billed for she said a cleaning I said NO I didn't not have anything done. And I left. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is doing whatever they can to bill you for high priced items when they are not needed. I now need to find a new dentist because im.still having the issue I walked in with.

My wife and I had very bad experience at Venetian Dental. We are new patients and the doctor was polite from very beginning. My wife ordered a night guard. Due to very low quality of their work, the doctor couldn't put it on her teeth. He tried to adjust it with no success and provided refund. That's OK. What is absolutely inaccessible was the doctor behavior as soon as he found out that the guard is not fitting, he started screaming, complained that my wife has very small mouth (first time in her life) and was very rude. I ordered two front upper crowns, I paid $2,500 and expected good looking front teeth. When I got back home I found the crowns far away from the good looking ones. I setup an appoint to see the doctor and discuss what can be done to improve it. As soon as he heard that I am not happy with his work he became rude and denied to do anything. Note for Dr. Gohkman patients : never sign a paper that you accept the quality of doctor's work until it is not completed. I was pushed to sign it when I was in the dentist chair in the middle of the doctor's work. I don't think the doctor has a legal right to request patient's signature this way.

I came to this office for tooth pain and was told I needed to have the tooth extracted, I was told there was no other treatment option for me at that point by a not so friendly hygienist. That’s all fine and dandy. I was given the twilight cocktail and given novocaine to the affected tooth. I don’t recall ever seeing the doctor until he came in for the procedure, which coming from a medical background is unusual because most physicians go over procedures being done with their patients. At least the good ones do. When he began to extract the tooth, I could still feel everything, literally some of the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life. I shouted for him to stop and instead of doing so, his assistant proceeded to hold me down by my shoulders while he continued to pull the tooth as I cried out in pain still asking him to stop. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and I hope to never go through anything like it again. I felt helpless being held in that chair. I cannot fathom how anyone could put another person through something like that. When I told my husband about what happened, I’ve never seen him so infuriated. I plead with anyone thinking about going to this office, please reconsider. I can’t think of anyone else going through such a horrible and traumatizing experience. Take the bad reviews and this office’s responses to them about blackmail to heart and find a different office!

Always taken promptly or with very little wait. Given a blanket if I am cold. I have only had cleanings and gotten a mouthguard here, but I have been pleased.
