Some interesting reviews
- Incredible smooth quick experience. I rented a car at the last minute and chose the cheapest car rental option which was a mystery car that Budget chooses for you.
Ali at the front desk was great! From the moment I walked up to the counter, he treated me like a long time friend and we talked for a minute about random stuff while he checked me in. I was expecting to get a tiny clown car as the mystery car but Ali hooked me up with a lovely Dodge Charger GT so I can ride around in style. My car was clean inside and out but I did notate a scratch on the left back passenger door that went up to the pillar.
- Let me start off by saying I am unsure why Budget has a low rating. I did not check reviews before I booked my rental and I am glad I didn’t. When I arrived all the other airlines had super long lines and Budget has 2 people in line (Such a plus because I was tired from my flight!).
From the moment I walked up to the counter to hitting the road took all of 7-8 minutes. Upon entering the address on my phone to return my rental did I notice the low reviews. I was flabbergasted at the reviews and feared that the return process would be bad. Alas, it was not. The lady who took our rental was so nice and professional. A return email was sent to us on the spot. Again, I’m not sure why Budget has this low rating but I will say my experience was great and whenever I come back to SLC I will definitely be coming back to Budget.
- Great experience! Reserved the car on my phone. Said surprise me for a cheaper rate. Didn't like the car, it was a small van of some sort. They gave me a Dodge Charger, which was much more appropriate. Check in was easy. All good.
