Более 15 000 рейсов American Airlines остались без пилотов

Тысячи регулярных рейсов American Airlines в настоящее время не имеют пилотов во время самого оживленного туристического сезона года.

American Airlines работает над решением проблемы, которая была создана в следствие неисправности системы. Система показала, что у авиакомпании были пилоты, запланированные для полетов, когда этого не произошло.

Пилоты были уведомлены об ошибке в пятницу по электронной почте и им было предложена повышенная ставка 150% на даты с 17 по 31 декабря. Однако предлагаемое сверхурочное решение нарушает трудовое соглашение с пилотами.
