- Shoppers beware!!! Their official parking lot is free for 2 hours exactly. I ate lunch and shopped here for 2 hours 11 mins and it cost me $136. They have no gate but a camera takes a picture of your plates and if you are 1 min over they send you a ticket for $90 or if you don't find out for 30 days then it's $136....
