Decent selection, but the associates didn't have any more knowledge than I was able to glean from the signage.


The salesman, (young adult), spent quite a bit of time with me about a next generation phone when all I really needed was a new case


Since my phone was 3 generations behind, there are no cases to be found anywhere.


Horribly customer service at the auto start install place. They made me reschedule 3 times and on the 3rd time tried to claim I was late but didn’t know I was standing with customer service and I called them out. They installed the auto start without letting me know it would ruin my key locking system. I had to have it uninstalled and Best Buy has yet to help me with the repairs it cost me to get my car locks fix because they installed it faulty.


Be warned: If you purchase something from Samsung for example, and opt for Best Buy pick up, the return process is a nightmare. You will have to contact Samsung Direct to inform them of the return because Best Buy will. It have record of it. The staff at the Dimond store is clueless, and will try to have you return it through Samsung, but Samsung will tell you you have to take it to Best Buy. At this point I don't know if I will see the money from my returned item. There, you've been warned.


I have shopped here for years and spent thousands....every year I retained Bestbuy's Elite Plus status.....which they got rid of along with rewards unless you use your Bestbuy credit card


This place has had some awesome employees come and go that made shopping here a personable experience. Recently I have had questionable experiences with some of the staff on the sales floor :( The tone of the sales floor has really changed. There are still a handful of good people at this store. Because of my experiences with the customer service counter providing exceptional customer service...I have to give this store a five star rating


Messy, and overstocked items often, so they fall off the stands with a simple touch. Has limited PC supplies.


It's So Empty Inside. The Only Thing That Kept Me Inside Is One Of The Employees Was Very Helpful.


I bought an open box Samsung tablet online for pick-up at the south Anchorage store. The tablet was received in near-new condition, was a great deal for the money, and the entire transaction was flawless.


I've picked up 4 or 5 things from this store in the last 4 months and every time I had to wait on someone going and getting someone else to release my order when I'm standing at the pick up desk. They have also never checked my ID and my last pickup was moderately expensive.

AVOID BEST BUY!! They have a 15 DAY RETURN POLICY. Target and Walmart are 90 days. Home Depot has 180 days return policy. Best Buy only gives you FIFTEEN DAYS to return an item. Apparently we missed their window when returning an item in an unopened box. We were denied. Who would even know a company has a 15 return policy???? Are you kidding me? What kind of company thinks they can compete with a 15 DAY RETURN policy when everyone else is offering a much more reasonable window. Oh wait, there is a catch....they offer Best Buy + which costs around $50 a year and that gives you 60 days....still shorter than their competition! What a joke. AVOID BEST BUY if there is any reason you might return something. I am moving all our corporate purchases away from Best But after this experience.

I was passed around to four different people before anyone could give me a positive answer on a question then they had the nerve to try to charge me more than what my product cost to help me set it up in the past. I’ve had wonderful experience with Best Buy but from now on, I will no longer purchase anything from Best Buy. Because of the sad experience I just dealt with.

I wanted to purchase a phone. A sales associate told me I needed to add my name to the list at the front of the store for the next available sales associate. He told me it would be about 20 min.After an hour of waiting I left.

I won’t be returning to this store. I can understand a queue system when it’s a particularly busy shopping day. I can’t however, understand a queue system when the store is half empty with multiple employees standing around idle and you can’t ask a quick question about a product you’re thinking about buying. Just absurd! I think this attempt to streamline customer service looked really good in theory but in practice, it’s a disaster. I certainly won’t be wasting my time in such a broken process.

There's a customer service desk as soon as you enter the store at this location. The man there was very courteous and helpful. I requested someone to help me in the Camera Department. A young man by the name of Sam Lee came to my rescue. I needed a memory card for my phone and also inquired about other important things regarding it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and stayed with me every step of the way, explaining what he could to help me. Best Buy Store is so lucky to have
Sam Lee as their employee. He represents them well.

Pretty much I was here for Canon Lens particularly the Canon EF-S 24mm f/2.8, and it's so popular its out of stock. But got myself a Sandisk MicroSd card 128GB priced fairly.

But they did have a Samsung S23 Ultra which came with a $200 best buy gift card. And used it to buy a Go Pro 10. I know, the go pro is priced at $250.

No SALES TAX.

This store is OK. I just don't understand why nothing can be kept in stock. Shelves are always empty. It doesn't make any sense. How can you compete with Amazon or other online retailers if you can never find what you need there because its out of stock...

Great company with great items. I love the fact I can order online then pickup. I love the fact that you get a notification when items are ready and a Scan Order code to show them.
I do not enjoy the pickup line however. It was longer (worse) than just going through checkout. Guess everyone had the same idea I did. Great items though. Easy to use online purchasing! B+ overall experience.

It's been months since I've had good customer service here...

I went to look at a lens to find the sales associate sitting on the floor, in front of the lens, on their phone (not work). They wouldn't look up. I asked to see the lens and they let out a long sigh and got someone else on the radio to do it. When attempting to look at the lens, I was rushed to the register and the price came up as stock. This was an open box item that was advertised as lower than retail. Upon changing the price, a manager overide was needed. The floor manager came over and proceeded to rapidly decline he can even do anything to change the total to match the advertised price. The manager's final conclusion was that I should buy it online and pick it up when they process the order. Not once did they ever scan the red label signaling a returned item. The only bar code anyone scanned was the one on the box, ignoring the several 'open box' labels. No staff, no customer service and no more business from me, a total tech member. /formerly
