- They told me to pick up by 2 PM. I arrived at the store around 3:30 PM. It took 4 different people over 15 minutes to help me retrieve my phone from the back of the store.
Edit: So I’m super clumsy and needed my phone fixed again. I took it back to this store, and upon running diagnostics, they told me that for some reason the part that was replaced BY THEM came back as unregistered/not an authentic part..then they told me that I could have a rental til my phone was fixed..PSYCH! There were no rentals available, so I went without my phone for 2 days longer than the promised delivery date. I hate that it’s the only Apple store available for hundreds of miles.
- Tony was super helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Helped us get the best deal with government/ student discounts. Will go see him again when we need more stuff!
- Does not take care of there customers. Bought a phone cash 1400, tried to get financing on another iPhone and they also sold me a leather phone case that doesn’t work and they super rudely declined stating “idk how that’s our problem”
- This rating is more an Apple issue not store. AirPods purchased before October 2020 with static issues - Apple says you need to come to store to verify replacement coverage. Both failed the test but only option is to buy new units.
Apple needs to be able to save a trip to their store - but don’t as it generates an opportunity to up sell you.
- Parking is awful to get in. I should have just ordered the computer to be delivered to my house for free since they don’t even help with set up of brand new computers anymore. I guess they don’t make enough money on the high-priced products to help customers anymore
- If I could give this zero stars I would, I went in asking for An AirPod charging case. Young lady told me they didn’t have any and to check target. We went to target come to say they don’t have it. We called the Apple Store they told us they had some in stock and to come in to talk to a specialist. We come in for the 2nd time to talk to someone and say they can’t help us because they’re about to close. They don’t have enough courtesy to help someone for a couple minutes. After they make me drive across town to target. Find nothing and come by for the second time? If only I could be able to remember this poorly trained employees name. But she was a bigger Alaskan native girl.
