- After reading the reviews and seeing the low ratings, I was apprehensive about visiting this location. However, my visit turned out to be a positive and quite inspirational experience. Alex was exceptional in his service delivery. He was knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. The high quality of the service Alex provided was in stark contrast to what I received at the branch located at 5001 Buford Hwy NE, Atlanta, GA. The representative there was dismissive and did not even know a nearby unit that could help facilitate an electronic transfer.
