Stood in line for over an hour. Appointment was at 4:30-4:45 literally an hour and a half went by before i was actually seen. This was poorly managed and thought out.

Shocked at how poor customer service at this Apple Store is. Employees are unaware of company policy and the manager we spoke with is incredibly rude and condescending. Absolutely regret getting my new iPhone from here. Avoid this Apple Store at all costs unless you enjoy being belittled and spoken down to.

Was on the phone with Apple Support throughout my entire conversation with the manager. Apple Support was so surprised with the incident that they submitted a complaint against this Apple Store location. Can’t believe it was so bad that Apple Support had to file a complaint against its own store.

Only a stone throw from 1300 Fairmount ave, Philly,I discovered this shop accidentally.
I was visiting my son in Philly but he had to hurriedly leave for New York on an assignment. There was very little time to show me “what was where” in his apartment . The next morning I proceeded to fix things for myself….and hmmm not all that successful
My breakfast , on this morning of my first visit to ALDI , was a miserable one because I had coffee without my usual “ little sugar in & cream “
Later in the afternoon after feeding heavily on the roasted chicken and vegetables he left, I felt I could use a walk around the neighborhood.
The automatic doors flanked open on to Fairmount avenue and I took the left turn and found myself on Broad Street. 80 meters past the Broad Street subway I did a left turn and walked down this less busy road.
Then I chanced upon the ALDI signage . Then I realised that I could save myself the misery of another poor breakfast the following day so I entered into the welcoming aisles of goodies at this Grocery Store.
The competing yells of bacon, cheese, sausages, ham, chicken, shrimps, beef , steak, turkey,milk,cream ,chocolate , coffee , tea , yogurt, pizza …. not to talk about the collage of fruits and vegetables conveyed a feeling of hope that I’d found the answer to my gastronomic curiosity.
I’ve since spent quality time at this ALDI store off Broad Street in Philadelphia

This review is literally coming from an unbiased and first experience at this store, my mom goes here a lot to get her phone every year, but today I decided to come and the experience was very great but that's because we went in knowing what we wanted and we fortunately got a great staff to actually help us. It's really shocking to see how these reviews are mainly bad and a lot of it is poor customer service, but I'm going to say in my experience from YESTERDAY on 9/25/23, was perfect. The staff member that helped my mom and I was Andres, and I hope he or someone working there sees this because he made the experience awesome and fully answered every single question we had, he put his input and opinions in to help us make our decisions, while not actually pressuring us into anything (at least that's how I felt). I also noticed that he spoke Spanish to other customers, so if you are a Spanish speaker or have a parent that isn't fluent in English but speak Spanish, they have a Spanish speaker.
Forgot to mention this, but halfway through, I was drawing on the iPads because I draw a lot and lowkey always wanted one. It is so convenient for artists, I draw on paper mostly but it can be so time consuming getting materials and I'm not really a digital artist but would love to try. I'm hoping to work more on digital art now after buying an iPad Pro, so convenient and Andres recommended it after telling me the 11inch was more practical for note-takings since I wanted to do note-taking for classes as well. You also get a student discount if you are in school, just make sure you have identification from the school to show proof like a school/student ID or emails.
Just make sure you go in knowing what you want, and if you were like me, walked in and looked at the devices and ended up wanting to buy one then and there, just ask questions and they should be able to answer and help with anything. I was fortunate to get a good staff to help me.

TLDR: Good experience and Andres was the staff that helped my mom and I get our apple products (iPhone 15 Pro Max online and an iPad Pro 11inch)

Tony’s customer service is worth more than 5 stars; however, this particular review is for the manager David. He was an arrogant narcissist that was extremely racial to both my husband & I. He refused to abide by Apples policy. I purchased my Apple Watch series 9 on Monday and you have 2 weeks to return. All I needed to do was exchange my band for a different color. He refused to swap bands and tried to forced me to purchase another watch from the store. He has HORRIBLE customer service. After I purchased my band he followed my Asian husband & I out of the store antagonizing us.

This location is usually crowded. However, staff are somewhat pleasant and do a decent job to address and timely assist guest.

Customer service is so bad. The company is not responsible for customers' paid orders. too disappointed. not keeping their word when committing to delivery and receiving full payment from the customer.
The customer service staff refused to provide reasonable solutions to customers when they simply requested delivery of the goods they had conveniently paid for and had been waiting for weeks.
The customer called many times and Apple staff promised to solve the simple problem of the ordered iPhone not reaching the user and arbitrarily returning it without the customer's consent.
Too bad for a company known for its quality customer service.

Brought my iPhone to the Apple Genius Bar today (10/04/23) to repair the camera on my iPhone. During the repair I had four calls from Venmo stating that somebody was trying to access my account.

I talked to the manager and he says nobody would have access to my phone without the password, but all they needed was the 2-way authentication code that showed up in text form - anybody handling my phone could have seen that, or started the process to have that code.

I changed my password and hopefully I don’t get scammed by somebody at Apple.

I went to the Lenox Square Mall, not the Apple Store. Great selection of stores, but the parking is horrendous. Ease your stress and just go for the valet parking!
