Very helpful and very prompt with a lot of useful information. We were able to get all our questions answered via email, all in the same day, without having to travel to Atlanta.
A big improvement from previous experiences in the past.

I’m so disappointed in the Atlanta staff. I know my review won’t be as different as others. But someone needs to seriously intervene. The guy was so rude and disrespectful. My daughter and i tried to book a visa appointment online. And their website wasn’t working for some reason. You get to the time selection and nothing happens. First they need to replace those rude people, and this includes the reception lady as well, they are so inhumane. And fix that old website. I’m stuck in Atlanta. I can’t get an appointment, my daughter had to go to school without me. She flew from Atlanta to Greece by herself, the guy even said to her that she’s 19 therefore she’s old enough to travel by herself, and that she was lying when she said the school needed her parents for orientation. So i have missed my child’s orientation due to these people. I just don’t know what else to do at this stage. I have sent emails after they guy chased us like dogs, and tried calling, i have sent screenshots of the website and issues i was encountering, still nothing. All i need is an appointment so i could go see my daughter and her new school. How difficult can this be!!!!this is absurd
