- I LOVE this Pet smart. They are so friendly and personable! My dear Taco and I are always greeted with smiles. Highly recommend the Pets hotel. Their staff will make sure your lil fur baby is well taken care of! Ps, it's cheaper than most daycares around.

- This location has a lot of nice groomers such as Chris, Cam, etc. to name a few. However please avoid the groomer “Ty” at all costs. She is extremely rude and unprofessional; to the extent that the nice store manager gave me a free service citing the unacceptable behavior of an associate towards a customer.
- This is one of the nicer PetSmart Stores. I have a cat on prescription food. Not all of the PetSmart carry prescription food, however this one does. The store is clean, organized, and well stocked. The employees are always very nice and helpful. The location is an easy in and out. Parking is never a problem. I will say most of the time there is a long line for checkout.
- The grooming service has reasonable prices and always get done on time. I use the app to check in and pay, saves me a lot of time.
- When dealing with a franchise like PetSmart, what really matters is WHO you get...Cyndi, at the Buckhead site, is an oustanding groomer. She expresses love for the critters and handles them with care. Zadie always comes back looking better and happier than when she went in!
- Had a frustrating experience with the rental vacuum, but manager and staff were very professional and to me went above and beyond to make sure my concern was addressed. Thank you!
